So she's shared the negative, bitchy responses. And that woman who said 'you don't have to suffer endless' don't have a child if you're expecting it to be easy. Ans the woman who mentions nifhr weaning and how her husband now does it. In other words, you can't be bothered? Why is Rosey publicy agreeing with such shit comments? I don't get it?

Does anyone know which other sleep accounts she says keep slagging her off?
I bought her 0-6 course and it was rubbish, I bought it when we were going through sleep regression and it barely touched on regression!
Possibly fox and moon sleep?

I never coughed up money for her courses.. does anyone know what kind of advice she gives when you pay. Just I always see positive reviews and am intrigued if anyone had an experience where her advice didn’t work and happen to be on here.
Sadly in the depths of postnatal anxiety I bought her newborn course and all it did was make me feel like shit that I couldn’t get my little one into any sort of routine (looking back I now know how ridiculous it is to expect that from a newborn) plus the advice they give is a) not in line with lullaby trust safe sleep guidelines and b) not actually feasible if you need to actually get anything done whilst they nap

The actual Crux of their advice isn’t necessarily bad and doesn’t from memory actually advocate leaving them to “cry it out” in essence they just offer different ways for you to try and get your little one to sleep without you needing to rock them to sleep etc. but there is a hugggggge amount of waffle that goes around it to make it seem like they’re approaching it in a scientific way etc.

Totally agree with what everyone is saying. It seems that anyone can become a sleep trainer. I follow another person who was a mum who started a weaning account and suddenly is advising on what to do if your baby is a fussy eater etc. The point I want to make is what qualifications have these people got and is it ethical to then target ads towards vulnerable new parents. I read some stuff online and potty trained my daughter when she was ready- at no cost. My kid eventually slept through herself- at no cost. I find many people online fake. They’re ultimately sales people who are trying to build a rapport with you. “I’m a parent just like you…. But pay me £100’s for this necessary course”

What on earth was she wearing to the book launch? I liked her top until she showed the shorts with it!
I haven’t followed her for a while but had to go and have a look after seeing this and glad I did 😂😂 was not expecting those! What a strange choice for a book launch! Midi or maxi skirt would have been more appropriate surely?

Wow - I mean she really does say she doesnt believe in CIO a lot - but there in black and white it shows she is obviously very pro it. I mean each to their own but I knew that route was never for me and i had an inkling she was pro it more than she lets on. I love the other accounts you mentioned so I think most of us are on the same page. I hate the way she thinks having more followers than other sleep accts justifies the way she talks about them. Shes just a bitch lets be honest

Yep. It’s nothing like what you would expect given all she posts and talks about. There must be tons of disgruntled pissed off parents who’ve wasted money but what can you do? Where do all her rave reviews come from?!
Check her Facebook page there are a few funny ones from disgruntled customers I’m actually shocked she left them up tbh! Its is mostly people kissing her arse tho

Little nest sleep. I really like her account and she's also the one Rosie accused of ripping people apart on a Friday. She doesn't, she just takes apart the shit that Rosie and other CIO sleep 'consultants' say
what did little nest sleep even say about Rosie to incur her wrath? (Not that it seems to take much)

Loads of my friends who said their babies slept through or sleep trained them would fail to mention that actually they would have to pop in a few times a night to settle them or that actually they would wake up and cry and be ignored. I feel like the perspective on baby sleep is slowly changing and it’s common for it to be talked about that babies do not sleep well. I just dislike the baby sleep industry because every sleep trainer influencer I looked at had glowing reviews and I thought bullshit where are the ones that didn’t work. I would have more respect for them if they shared the fails and that actually some babies take longer to sleep through.
Or the ones who didn't get #gifted £1000s worth of sleep support from people like justchillmama! Who on earth could afford that

Long term lurker on another thread here… But I saw the anonymous message calling her smug and figured she must have a tattle page so couldn’t resist
Her courses are an absolute con. I bought the 0-5 and 6-9 while I was pregnant when she was banging on about being “gentle” and “responsive”, I genuinely didn’t think she was a CIO sleep trainer! The 0-5 doesn’t contain anything more than what you can find for free, the section on the 4 month regression was a joke, essentially saying it won’t be an issue if your baby can fall asleep independently but NEWSFLASH that is a crock of shit. My baby could fall asleep independently, we practised since he was about 6 weeks old because she made me believe it was the holy grail of baby sleep so I missed out on so many newborn sleepy cuddles 😢 obviously the 4 month regression his us like a ton of bricks anyway. Fast forward to 6 months and I was relieved that I could start the next course and ‘fix’ his (perfectly normal) sleep with her magic methods only to find out it’s glorified (simplified!!!) Ferber. I felt so cheated! Not leaving them to cry you say Rosey? Lies. Not to mention the fact the courses clearly haven’t been proofread (so many grammar errors), are full of holes (give baby a comforter but take it away when they’re asleep so then they can’t recreate those falling asleep conditions on waking which is apparently paramount? Baby needs to be eating 3 solid meals a day, what 6 month old is? Many 7, 8, 9 month olds aren’t) and clearly not evidence based. Just absolute bullshit and it makes me so angry that she’s constantly pushing her courses down the throats of exhausted parents!
So if traditional sleep training isn’t your thing, don’t buy her course, give Lyndsey Hookway a follow on insta, she’s a paediatric nurse/health visitor/IBCLC (so actually qualified and knows the evidence, or lack of, inside out) and has written multiple brilliant books. Also secondstartotheright_sleep and littlenestsleep for normalising infant sleep and gentle tips. And if you do want to sleep train, don’t line that witch’s pockets, just look up Ferber on google 😅 attaching her 6-9 suggested routine and settling methods in case anyone is interested
I’m so surprised this is the routine and methods she suggests. The way she lures people in is she implies she doesn’t do cry it out but effectively it is. It also seems like a strict and rigid routine.

Yessss that’s def their quote too 😂 So many of them think the same. I think it’s probably a combo but Rosey has been saying very similar stuff this week. Just makes mums that don’t believe in their crap feel terrible

I feel like just chill mama is very clever with her marketing and targets loads of new mum influencers knowing they’ll accept free advice in exchange for advertising her services.
I think that she cares more about being insta famous than about advertising her ‘services’. She’s always been mega cringe.
