I just find this behaviour odd. When ever I've been to the cinema and seen a film I've regarded as crap I have NEVER asked for my money back. It's down to me. I made the choice to go and see it. It's twisted. Karen Gillan often pulls out of these things, so does David Tennant, and Matt Smith, as they are in demand actors.Interesting. Could of course be twisted by the daily mail but his behaviour and comments since this all came out to be honest back up the idea that he isn't the nicest guy
