That's what I was thinking but without the law suits...I wonder if the database is “live” in that it’s being constantly updated and documents being redacted and unredeacted dependent on law suits !
Though the files as a disclosure to the public should be a fixed set of records and the dates of disclosure should be the points at which each set stops being updated.
If there are any necessary changes e.g. redactions/unredactions then there should be a clear notification/list of changes as a visible part of that public record - it doesn't need to be detailed (additional legally enforced redactions would mean you can't list the names now removed) but there does need to be some sort of declaration, because what's now available is no longer what was originally released.
If doesn't have to list each file and people will in many cases be able to find differences but it's surely an essential part of transparency.
