How does he know?
Those types gather lots of information from sources, bit like journalists that have an understanding with their sources to keep them anonymous…it’s like a journalistic confessional.
I can’t offer him any credibility I am afraid. I am sure he (and others like him), enjoy the attention that this sort of thing offers them - whilst they “can’t” reveal any sources.
He probably knows as much as I do, and is relaying gossip.
He doesn't even say he or she.....

Mandelson was just about born into the Labour Party. His grandfather was Herbert Morrison who was Home Secretary under Ramsay MacDonald as well as in the WW2 coalition government. Morrison was variously an MP, Leader of the London County Council, Deputy Leader of the Labour Party, Leader of the Opposition, and Member of the House of Lords. Mandelson would have grown up knowing just about anyone who mattered in left wing politics. He was in his teens when his grandfather died so plenty of time to make connections.
It looks like it got bought cheap and has had nothing done to it, some way down that piece:

Though given the insane quantity of emails I wouldn't want to make too many connections but to show my working(!) the initial email that triggered this search set was 'Sun, 07 Feb 2010 13:27:53' - shortened to 'Sun, 07 Feb 2010 13' showed up that key 'when' phrase which out of eleventy billion files came up with just 59 which seemed a bit short - not an unusual turn of phrase but english being what it is there's a huge variation on the theme so again back to definitions of 'interesting'.
OTOH total matches to 'Sun, 07 Feb 2010' is only 64.
Someone somewhere has a (real or virtual) warehouse with a load of display boards covered with all this stuff, with a whole mass of bits of red string on each board and even more tying all the different boards together and yet it seems like the only people being publicly called to testify (other than maxwell who will be in full gaslighting mode) are the Clintons, the ex-prince, and possibly the slimy lord.
TLDR : Best chance for clarity and justice does seem to be the efforts of the crowd out there, not the authorities, and there's still the co-conspirators protected in that cover-up deal still to be identified.
