At the risk of being graphic I thought that the state of his body meant that his clothes were not on him. Said as delicately as possible.

Could someone come on to the Peter Andre thread and explain who Down The Rapids is please? Apparently Pete’s wife is one of his mods - best i could do was that he’s a weirdo who inserted himself in this case 🤣🤣

I watched the documentary yesterday & honestly as a mum I felt for the family but definitely think those 2 lads know more than they're letting on.
I did have an inner chuckle when they often zoomed in on Debbies nails 💅

If my thinking of this image is correct then his body laid out in the body bag makes little sense.

I wonder if they’d come away during his fall or been dislodged by the elements at his resting place. Bodies leak a lot of fluids when they decompose so I can’t imagine the clothes were pleasant in looks or smell when they were found- unless it was so hot it kind of bleached them clean. Aw poor Jay.

His phone looks pretty intact too to have survived the fall ? So many things remain a mystery about this case .

Was listening to Dan and Phil's most recent podcast episode and there's a channel 4 Jay Slater documentary advert in there! Totally took me out! Thought of you all!

You might be on to something there. I once saw a cartoon where the character stripped off mid fall and tried to use their pants as a parachute.

God just seen the documentary, his poor family.

You can almost see what happened.

Overdid it on MDMA, went off with some people he didn’t know particularly well. .

Left them and wandered in the wrong direction and got more and more dehydrated and disoriented and then fell.

I honestly think the simplest answer is the right one here.

But hearing 2005 as his year of birth got me. My son is a 2002 baby and all I could think was “god he was still so young.”

Sounds like he was getting his life together as he was working,

So he went on holiday and took drugs….so what. Thousands of youngsters do the same every year and this absolutely should not been held against Jay.

It feeds into the incident and his death but that’s all .

God bless his Mum, god knows how I’d cope in her situation.
