I'd make a joke about wankers but that might be in poor taste so I shan't"Effortlessly gliding ahead, her uniform caressing her slender frame"? Is this an autobiography or an airport romance novel?

NPD’s are more Machiavellian, sociopaths just don’t care about rules and tend to commit crimes. NPD’s have a poor sense of self and no care for other people’s feelings but are grandiose and everyone must admire them. They only really exist in their own mind if others provide the reflection they can bask in. And god forbid anyone fails to do that.NPD is kind. Id say he's a sociopath.
It reminds me of Saltburn or the Talented Mr Ripley.
I wondered if she were a slender Dalek with all the gliding"Effortlessly gliding ahead, her uniform caressing her slender frame"? Is this an autobiography or an airport romance novel?
Does the autobiog make any mention of them needing to live in a bungalow so as to avoid stairs?I wondered if she were a slender Dalek with all the gliding
Hasn't Alan Titchmarsh won awards for similar?"Effortlessly gliding ahead, her uniform caressing her slender frame"? Is this an autobiography or an airport romance novel?
I can't quite qualify why but just glancing at that made me feel icky and mildly voyeuristic.Ms Rachel has just shared this website on her Instagram grid. Built by former students of Dr Arday, apparently. A few of the testimonials in Ms Rachel's post appear to be from students who met him briefly or fellow staff, but I admit I've not read it in detail. https://leilacancode.github.io/everythinggood-about-jasonarday/
Yep, he winds up in one situation after the other without ever really understanding their importance. At least in the book (which is awful, and very different) he's an idiot savant, which is how he winds up on a space flight with a les and a chimp and that's before they crash into the jungle and Forrest plays chess with a lost British officer to keep the cannibals from eating them.Yes, and wasn't the point that Forrest DIDN'T have self belief? He wasn't really thinking about himself or what he was doing - he just followed along and did things, then found himself in situations (that were more important than he realised).
Oh christ yeah, the Groom novel (an ironic name) is AWWWWFULYep, he winds up in one situation after the other without ever really understanding their importance. Don't worry, the les gets herself a good dicking and decides to stay with the tribe, while Forrest and the ape continue their adventures.
I wish I was making all this up!
I won't derail the thread, I'm just excited that another person has read it!Oh christ yeah, the Groom novel (an ironic name) is AWWWWFUL
Forest or Jason?Yep, he winds up in one situation after the other without ever really understanding their importance. I'm sure Jess Taylor said something similar about not knowing what uni wasIts ridiculous especially because he talks about how much TV he watched. You could understand someone extremely sheltered who didn't have access to media not knowing what University is but watching a good amount of TV and living in London and not copping on that there is a level beyond secondary school is completely implausible
Neighbours was never repeated on a weekendYeah it’s total and utter balls. For someone who’s religiously watched Home and Away and Neighbours his entire life including every single weekday of his childhood with omnibus repeats on weekends, multiple main characters went to ‘Uni’, View attachment 4096917including (H&A) Damo when Jason was ten View attachment 4096911And genius IQ Toadie in a major storyline the year Jason turned 13. She said something about not even knowing university was a thing in the UK, she only heard of it on American TV and thought you had to go to America.I'm sure Jess Taylor said something similar about not knowing what uni was
