I've heard she has been offered plenty of help to get on track with her weight issues but she ignores it. Jane if you're reading this, we want you to succeed! For your 5'1 height you should be about 110lbs, therefore start eating around 1100 calories per day, track them on MFP. You'll be amazed at how quickly you'll drop the weight.

With Charlie doing his training and so much taller than you, you simply can't eat two main meals a day and portion sizes that are the same as his... Your food day-to-day needs to be a bit boring and 90% speed, not based around a fakeaway every night. If you do that, then you can go out and have a treat pretty regularly!

I used to watch her a few years ago when I started watching SW youtubers... She seems like a lovely person and very down-to-earth which I like but I found more inspiring people to follow, let's say (sorry).
She did make me chuckle a little while back when she couldn't get a blender to make soup with raw root veg in it, bless her.
