So did I, am inspired to make them for lunch, got some chicken too to add in the mix...no hummus to dip them in but there is a can of chickpeas in the cupboard!
I haven’t got any tortilla wraps. 😩 I love quesadillas.

She’s always been ok with ‘she’, according to the Guardian.
When is that from? I’m pretty sure she asked to be referred to as ‘they/them’ at one point. I’ve just searched for the threads on MN to see if I was going mad but they’ve all been deleted. Obviously.

Similar age and my cat tore the back of my hand apart when I was 17 and you can still see faint scarring (school was convinced i was self harming) so hers I would expect to see skin discoloration.
Yeh, I agree, I self harmed a lot when I was younger (never in a suicide attempt, so not that deeply) and 15 years later I still have visible scars

Not sure if she's been dropped as such but definitely the work appears to have dried up.
I always thought watching the presenters around her seemed to be humouring tbh
did she mention what god awful recipe she made with that random series of ingredients?

Her/his/their/it’s name can’t actually be Jack Monroe?? She/he/they must have changed it.

Is she/he a boy or a girl at the moment? Can never keep up.

Gawd, there are a lot of recipes out there for sardine pate. There is even one in Nigella’s community site which doesn’t use capers.

throwback lol. mine is weatherman in case anyone was wondering 😅

yeh exactly, I don't particularly like Joe wicks but at least he has made some kind of contribution, he must realise he has massively raised his profile through his PE lessons, which will in turn end up as income in the future, but he has given back as well at least
Complex PTSD and Mental Health

Did she say which type of ED she has? There are several different types and the problems can vary in severity.
I've just had a bit of a google and saw she was suspected hEDS, but she also mentioned fibro and RA. She's not mentioned any of these recently I don't think

Sorry I thought she was going via nhs seeing as she is 'paid minimum wage', scary how quickly it could have happened. Psychology assessments etc are a long process but essential for this reason, no one wants a patient to regret it and take legal action, because certain types of people will sue over anything.
Oh sorry I don’t know either way - had assumed it couldn’t possibly be NHS because the barriers to entry are SO high for people that have spent years committed to living as their preferred/identified (sorry not sure right word here) gender much less someone a few months into the process. I know a lot of trans people access T/other hormones privately because waiting for the appointments that facilitate accessing that can take years alone, let alone getting it and it’s not too unobtainably expensive (compared to the surgeries). I’m not trans so someone who is will be better placed to comment!
