Yeah, they are! I’ve seen people having active major heart attacks who appear absolutely fine. It’s not so much the heart attack itself that’s the issue but the damage it causes to the heart, which once done cannot be reversed. Hence fast treatment (not months long investigations) are imperative to good outcomes.Are minor heart attacks a thing?
