Stevie clearly puts a lot of effort into researching and I genuinely enjoy the stories, yet jack dismisses them before he’s even heard them. I know it’s a running gag and meant to be funny but I just find it really annoying.

I hate this attitude too. Especially since finding out that until recently Stevie was working and studying AND doing all this work for the podcast on top.

Someone in comments asked why he hadn't tried Invisalign and some whitening strips as his teeth weren't that bad. He very tetchily replied he had tried that, and luckily he didn't look to twitter for advice

He’s deleted from Twitter as he can’t control the replies there like he has on Instagram.

Also got snappy when someone dm’ed saying he’s become everything he used to hate.

I think it is the size I find startling. They are huge. I am so surprised that these days veneers aren't better - you would think by now dentists would have perfected the art of making them look actually good and not a bit comedic. Is it because the teeth are all the same length, which isn't natural, so it is like a solid wall of whiteness?

It’s because these idiots ask for them like that. I know plenty of people with them that didn’t get the brightest white or biggest ones and they look more natural

I know it's not in tune with the tone of the podcast, but I really wish he'd big up stevie for working and studying at the same time. To be honest, I think Stevie was stupid to give up his training (I assume degree apprenticeship) so close to finishing/qualifying.

Eta. Like so many other youtubers, he knows that if it wasn't for YouTube, he'd be nothing.

The podcast is just falling flat for me now , I’d listen to every episode at one point no matter if I’ve heard of the guest or not (quite often not !) but now I only listen if the guest is known to me ie Rob Beckett or if Robbie is definitely on it

Listening to peoples meal deals and it only being rated well if it’s a chicken sandwich is getting old

People who are at least half smart try to pretend they are a lot more intelligent than they are and that can be hilarious. However, the truly stupid don't understand why being stupid is a bad thing. So they promote it as an endearing personality trait...and that's just really fkn dull.

I like stevie. I think he tries to show off to Jack sometimes and it makes him look like a bit of a dick when he's actually a decent guy.

The again, I remember being pretty much horrified that he dropped out of a (presumably funded) AHP (optician?) degree to become a streamer when he was almost qualified. I know it's hard work, especially when working full time and I think he's a step dad as well, but still. Really stupid move if you ask me. It seemed so unlike him to do something like that. He doesn't strike me as a reckless person so idk wtf that was about.

I feel like he constantly goes through cycles of being okay and then being annoying and shit. He'll be on an arrogant high and then something humbling will happen which will kick him to the curb a bit and he'll be alright for a period of time as he tries to rebuild but then get arrogant again.

Can't really say I've enjoyed anything he's done for a while though. Content is too scripted and polished and doesn't come out nearly often enough.

I wish that he’d stop making up stories for the pod. The dirty fan fiction one took me completely by surprise and it actually made me angry that it wasn’t real! And today with the carrot pea story; he’s a good story writer and in the right context his stories are great and very funny but it’s kind of irritating when they’re supposed to be real.

I think stevie is a decent guy. He’s given up his job to rely on streaming and Jack though and I feel like he’s changing and becoming more cocky.
Isn’t Jack known for just getting rid of people once he can’t be bothered with them? Problem with employing girlfriends and friends I guess.

Yeah I don’t get that at all, why drop out so near to the end? Complete waste of the last how ever many years……. Strange choice. I do really like Stevie though generally speaking

I know people always wonder why Jordan (Dudey Rhino) got dropped from co-hosting the podcast with Jack anyway i guess we finally know…

I was listening to another podcast earlier that Jack was a guest on and he mentions that he’s been through a few co-hosts before finding a dynamic that works well.

Jack then tells the story of him deciding to drop Jordan because he was “too laddy” they had a football manager on that was managing a women’s team and Jordan wouldn’t let up confronting the guest that “Women’s football is shit” blah blah blah the usual misogynistic shite and kept bringing the chat back around to it and he said that was the final straw and that it didn’t reflect his or the pods views at all he says it was so bad he never even put the episode out.
