I really enjoyed it, Its a fascinating read..... multi layered as usual........ full of both good and bad.....
How often has JK visited East Anglia? Shout out to Snape, Ipswich and Colchester!!! She must have done a lot of visiting of places, and has a good memory for the travel details!!
I am torn between racing through it and trying to make it last beyond the weekend….
I wonder if Kim and Murphy had a thing and that’s going to all come out somehow? There have been allusions on both sides to them sleeping with a colleague. Perhaps she’s the intel on the case and is deliberately holding stuff back because she wants to “solve it”?

Its kind of all a bit of a soap opera up to now; I’m not really invested in the ‘body in the vault’ case and the ‘private life’ stuff seems to be going round in circles. I have faith that it will all pull together in the second half of the book, but I’ll be honest, I’m not really feeling it yet
so i have finished… i need a relisten but that ending!!! How many books is she going to string with this long love affair between strike and robyn. I enjoyed the book and the references to past books. Just disappointed in the ending again . Why oh why do you do this to us Jo
