Yeah, obviously being single is fine, but she has spoken so much previously about her desire for a family that I just can’t buy into her saying she doesn’t care anymore?
I think both things can be true at once - you can choose to be happy and content with where you’re at right now, while accepting that it’s not what you thought your life would look like, especially as you get older and the window to have children starts to narrow. Dating is horrendous and if that’s what you have to do to maybe possibly meet someone who wants the same things as you then I don’t blame her for making her solo life as fun and intentional as possible!
Oh no Lauren that dress is not good! She has this style that makes her look so Middle Ages for 35?? It’s way too busty and just not trendy.

She is honestly the overconsumption queen. For someone that talks so openly about fashion waste, shopping on Vinted etc… She sure buys a hell of a lot of clothes / dresses. I also don’t understand where she wears them all?! I know a lot of her dresses are quite casual and she can wear them dressed down with trainers and a denim jacket for a day out… but so many of the dresses she shares and buys are more for events? Like the one today, you can’t tell me she would happily wear that on a weekly food shop or a walk along the beach. I really didn’t like it either, put your boobs away and stop squealing

It all comes across a bit inauthentic for me, and probably to others. On one hand she's always banging on about how busy and fulfilled her life is, how she has so many interests and then 5 mins later it's all about how depressed she gets. If her life was as exciting and joyful as all the screaming and squealing suggests, she wouldn't be feeling down and having to bring herself back up all the time.
I can't decide if all the MH stuff is for content (as I'm sure it gets a lot of engagement and loads of instahuns are playing the MH side up recently, all the filling your cup nonsense) or if it's true and a symptom of the fact her life is a bit empty and mainly geared around overconsumption of clothes and other stuff.
If the latter is true, I can't help wondering if she spent less time on social media and buying stuff she doesn't need, she'd have time and money to volunteer for National Trust or English Heritage, or take a part time role with them (reducing her hours in her current job). If history is, as she always says, her real interest and passion then do more of it - she's got no partner, no children, all her time outside work is her own. And she seems to spend most of it buying or trying on clothes!

Her home seems so chaotic. Style over substance but not much of that either. The plant pots collection! Is she a bit of a hoarder? She could overpay her mortgage that she moans about instead of buying horrible wallpaper and weird lamps.

I think she buys stuff constantly on impulse - clothes, house stuff etc. it's all over consumption in one form or other. The array of pots which are all similar is like her endless array of dresses in an almost identical style.
I've said it before but for someone who says she's so happy with her life I don't think she is. It shows in the way she spends her money.

Does she not have to declare that Snag reel as an ad? I am not completely au fait with the rules as to what counts as an ad or not on Insta but that’s blatantly an advertisement. She did this last week with Nivea, a reel which was not marked but a story drawing attention to the reel was. Miserable Laura Adlington did the same with Nivea so I’m wondering if it’s a loophole they have found.

Ah, it says “ad” in lower case letters somewhere in the long blurb under the reel. Not obvious at all. Very shady.
Also, all her dresses are basically the same, right? I know when you find a style you feel comfortable in it can be difficult to deviate but it’s all getting very tedious.
