I'm 28 next month and I've accomplished very little that I wanted to achieve, especially as
I can't see myself living past 33
I don't feel like 25 is old though. Its weird the difference a few years makes on perspective

Do you think 25 is old? I still feel like a 16 year old. Although I take my responsibilities as an adult seriously, I am good to those around me, deep down, I still feel around 16/17. I didn't really go out partying or clubbing when I was 18/24. I do feel that my best years have passed me by without me enjoying them to the full. Only 15 years from 40 now. I know that I shouldn't be bothered about age, it's just a number and I will continue to live my life to the full. I am just curious what other people feel about being 25, I feel as though I should have spent the past 7 years out clubbing in Ibiza, Mykonos, Iyannapa.
Why on earth would you think 25 is old? are you purposely trying to be provocative? If you want to go out clubbing then go out clubbing, obs when we can of course, if you don’t then don’t. I never felt old at 25, I was 35 when I had my son and I think that was too young. I’m 43 now, should I be worried that I’m just 7 years from 50?! Just eat well, drink lots of water, exercise, wear sunscreen and from time to time go out and be silly with your friends. Stop worrying about age. Take the advice from an ancient generation X’er, who still isn’t old enough to know better

25 is not old. No where near old! Bloody hell, 25 is young!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At 25 you are at the start of your adult life, I find it deeply depressing that anyone would view 25 as old or think that their best years were behind them.

When you pass 60 you look back on your 20s and 30s as a learning phase...jobs,relationships,babies etc...
Make the most of it all, believe me time really does fly by.
Just be kind, fair and honest and then you can look back with peace of mind !

Gosh I hope not as I’m turning 28 next year!

but no, I really don’t think 25 is old at all. The world is still pretty much your oyster.

I’ve just turned 25 and I don’t feel old. I feel like an adult, I have done since I was a teen I guess, but I don’t feel old. I got a mortgage when I was 21 and even that didn’t make me feel “old”.

Both my partner and I are the youngest members of both of our families though, which certainly helps us to feel young. Everyone else in our families are at least mid 30’s+, so no children.

I didn’t go out clubbing either, I’ve probably had less than ten nights out since I turned 18. Although I used to drink on the park in my younger teens.

To be honest, I feel like I have my whole life ahead of me and that my life is just truly beginning.

I’m 32 and still feel 16! I defo did some partying between the 16 and 25 but I’ve been with the same man since I was 18 and feel like I didn’t sow enough wild oats sometimes 🤣

i'm 26 and have really mixed feelings about being this age.

i look back on my life so far and i've had an amazing time, i went to uni and did all the stuff youngsters do and it was the best time of my life. however i REALLY miss that way of life now i have a full time job, and it makes me feel like i'm regressing and holding onto the past. from age 23 until now i feel like my zest for life and happiness has skyrocketed downhill. but in the grand scheme of things, i really am still so young, nobody really knows what they're doing or where they're going to be.

i still live with my parents but i have a full time job, albeit a bit of a "bottom of the pile" job and only bring in around £1400 a month, i have aspirations to be on 25k+ a year by the time i'm 30, but i understand this is probably not going to be feasible

i'll just keep plodding on and hope things will get better, but aging really scares me
Although our lives are different, I can relate to a lot of what you've said

I’m 25 and it’s strange because sometimes I feel “old” yet sometimes i still feel like I’m at school 😂 so I live with my partner of 5.5 years and we have a 3 year old & a 3 month old and I think that makes me feel OLD because I’m living that “mundane” day to day lifestyle of get up, be mummy, do chores, cook dinner, kids to bed, my bedtime lol and when I compare to my 3 closest friends who aren’t as settled yet and are still enjoying nights out & girls holidays (pre covid obvs) I feel very distant from them in terms of lifestyles which I think in my head makes me feel older. But then in other ways I still feel really young it’s hard to explain and I think it’s more confidence/anxiety levels with me tbh but like going to the dr or having to make important phone calls idk why but I always feel like I’m younger than what I am in those instances and like I need someone to tell me what to do 🤣 yet I wouldn’t hesitate to take my children to a dr or phone whoever about something regarding them as I think I have a good ‘false’ confidence when it comes to my children. I’ve just rambled it probably makes ZERO sense I apologise 😂😂😂

I'll be 28 in Feb, and the Big 30, won't be too far behind.

I do fret about being 30 because I'll be saying goodbye to my 20s, and facing what I have always seen as the gateway to middle-age.

And yet it is only a number, and a state of mind. Just get on with your life while you're still fit and able: do whatever you want and enjoy every minute of it (y)

You're very young at 25. But I do understand why you're asking the question. There's a lot of pressure to be sorted in life by that age. Do not worry, just 'do you' ...The feeling of 'am I too old ?', in my experience starts at 21 and never goes away. I'm 46 and still remember how I felt when I was 15 as if it was yesterday xx

I’m 35 and I don’t “feel” old as such, but my life currently / temporarily isn’t what I hoped it would be at this stage and I’d honestly kill right now to be 25 again! I also wonder if I’m too old to listen to music for hours etc. and watch Family Guy and MiC etc 🤣
