The note about psychiatric hospitalizations stood out to me.

Me, too, unless it’s boilerplate (common and usual) language in these sorts of agreements. Not my practice area - anybody know whether this is customized language?

Every time I see that photo, I think Gee, the guy on the left looks like Matt Damon and that guy on the far right looks like Ryan Reynolds. I don't get a celebrity resemblance for the other guys except maybe a little Novak Djokovic on Alun in this pic.

I noticed the Ryan Reynolds look a like also!

There's always a court reporter who is taking down the transcript of any hearing or trial. They are independent and the lawyers pay them for a transcript of the hearing if one is needed. (A transcript is not always needed or wanted, so it's not prepared unless someone orders it.) Since transcripts are copyrighted, I can only post summaries, not the transcript itself.

Thanks - I get that. But why wouldn't a transcript always be needed by the lawyers? To cross the eyes and dot the ts?

Would he even recognize the names? I'd think he'd be more likely to suss out the situation based on the variations on $26 than he would the donor ID's.

Yeah. They are donating to him too as you don't get on his page unless you have made a donation.

Excellent news @Hiraeth but why is there even a court transcriber? Wouldn't the lawyers automatically pay them to "write up" their reports?
