I feel mine will be pretty boring but here goes!

1) I am terrified of Sloths. Never used to be a problem..... until they got printed on EVERYTHING. Every shop has sloth crap!! (This stems from when my Brothers dad used to play silent hill on the PS1 and the things that attacked you looked like sloths. What they actually were made it FAR worse that I thought they were a sloth 🤣)

2) I am also hypermobile but after an operation on my thumb (unrelated) I have one normal thumb now and one that bends oddly haha

3) I'm 32 and live with my crazy rescue cat who has his own Instagram lol it's obviously him uploading his photos 🤣

LOVE this thread!
1. I am a triplet and was created by IVF (bit of a shock to my parents lol)
2. Everyone that knows me would say I am 100000% an extrovert, life of the party etc but most of it is put on. I absolutely love being by myself and can spend hours happily alone
3. I have huge health anxiety issues and can no longer google any symptoms as I convince myself every time that something is seriously wrong:(

2) I love walks on my own with a podcast
3) I wish I spent more money on life/trips/outings when I was younger. I saved a lot because I was very cautious and now I think I should have enjoyed life more

2. These are very unpopular opinions but I’m not a big fan of tattoos or animals.
3. I’m on my phone nearly all the time but being on it makes me miserable, the constant comparing yourself to others and feeling worthless or not good enough.
Get a dog! It’ll take you off your phone and make you get outside and laugh again. And dogs think their owners are BRILLIANT!

1. Genuinely think I’m depressed but not done anything about it. It’s mainly due to infertility and I can’t see meds helping that.

2. I thought I wouldn’t like Tattle but find myself here everyday and think it’s great! Been a great distraction this year

3. I’m ridiculously scared of spiders. I put peppermint oil over the entire house during this time of year and drive my husband mad. Even bought plugins that are supposed to make them go away (they don’t work). Horrible wiggly little shits
My mental health has been at a real low due to infertility. I spoke to gp and am going through therapy and stress management. It’s helped to talk to someone. Hear if you wanna chat xxx

3. I'm an alcoholic 🍷

I have lots of handbags too! Love handbags, bras, and shoes.

I need to add a 4 and 5 after seeing other people's responses that I can resonate with.

4. I always check my ear buds, and my shoes for spiders before putting them on. I cannot blindly wear them without checking, I'll have a heart attack! Have I ever found a spider to validate this strange habit? No. Don't know why I do it 😄

5. Most people have a flight or fight instinct, I have a freeze instinct. When somebody says or does something I don't like, I don't defend myself. Later I kick myself for not saying this or that, and letting them get away with it. My mother in law does this the most to me. She's hurt me so many times and she keeps doing it because she knows I won't stand up for myself. The few times I've stood up to her, it was overkill because of all the other stuff I kept in. Then the family comforts and defends her, and I'm left looking like the bad guy. I hate it. If there's one thing I would change about myself it would be that.
I totally relate to point 5. You have described it so well. It's the constant digs that each time hurt but you let them go and then, finally, you snap and confront the person who's been carping at you for years and it's overkill. Everybody then thinks you're the crazy person. So unfair. Really feel for you.

People who enjoy hurting others do it calmly and with relish and mostly nobody notices or cares, when a normally quiet person erupts in fury it's "OMG what's wrong with her".

1. I’m a medical student, and an aspiring Psychiatrist

2. I am obsessed with astrology, and often weird people out by trying to calculate their birth chart and work out their signs 😭 I’m generally a really superstitious person

3. I have no hobbies. It sounds sad, but as a child my parents never pushed me to learn an instrument or take up a sport. I’ve grown into a talentless adult 😂 I have things I enjoy - makeup, true crime..but no real hobbies. I want to learn a new language or try something new, but I’m not sure what I’m good at and worry I’m too old to ‘naturally’ pick up a language. When people ask me what my hobbies are, I panic

1. I'm half way through a law degree with the Open University. Upon completion I hope to qualify as a solicitor dealing in family law.

2. I'm a pescatarian. I love fish but the thought of eating meat makes me gag.

3. I cannot bear a loud eater. It annoys me to the point I genuinely can't be in the same room as them. Really boils my blood.

1. I have lived in Cyprus, Hong Kong, Brunei, Germany, America, Canada, England, Ireland, Qatar and Gibraltar

2. I am waiting for the day I have enough money to finish my house reno, rent it out, take a career break and work in Ghana for a good while (an amazing 3 month volunteer experience in 2017 won’t leave my mind!)

3. Besides my partner (does he count?) I actually have 0 friends. I get on well with work colleagues but never enough to progress to “outside of work friends”, I struggled at uni to make friends and have no friends from school. People often tell me how funny and kind I am (🎺) so I don’t understand what I do wrong. I tell myself I enjoy my own company but to be honest I’d quite like a bit of a social life
I relate to #3 soooo much! My partner is really my only true friend. Everyone else are just acquaintances or people I text/speak to on social media occasionally. I too do not know where I am going wrong!

1. At 32 I feel lost in life - I feel like I had my soulmate and (it’s complicated) were no longer together and I genuinely think that was it. It’s been a fair while now but I can’t see me being with anyone else and that’s saddens me, I don’t think I will be able to have children now because of it.

2. I am often misjudged for being confident as I am quite opinionated. I am opinionated and I will always speak out if I don’t agree with something but I am not confident at all, I have very little confidence.

3. I have an addition to tattle and social media in general - I just can’t leave it alone. I check it multiple times per day. I even read threads on here for accounts I stopped following or ever looking at a long time ago.
