If you look at the line of the bed it seems to slope upwards towards her waist? Unless she somehow has arranged it so the duvet is standing up against the wall? It reminds me of what happens when someone pinches in their waist with facetune and it warps the background of the picture. If she did edit it that's quite concerning as she is obviously very skinny to start with.

Not sure I see it, but her head looks so fricking big for her body there

My sister was 16 when i was born and had her first baby at 18. When the storyline came on eastenders of kat being zoe's mum I was 14 and my niece was 12 and she was like "wow imagine if we were sisters really and my mum gave you to grandma and grandad (my folks) to bring up cos she couldn't cope?" it bothered us for weeks though
