Had no idea she was arrested because they found the sex tape! I thought it might have been from going through old reports etc.
Found this article from her trial and her defence is so gross - she doesn’t remember because she was on drugs ?? I’m really surprised she got found not guilty tbh.

It’s actually sick that she was found not guilty. She’s talking about wanting to abuse children, she’s asked for and received indecent images. She should have been jailed, and the “I was in love with him and saying things to excite him” is absolutely vile. I can’t believe how she’s been portrayed in the media.

I think if the baby was Watkin's son, that would be public information by now (I don't think he had any kids, thankfully). The baby was the son of one of the women convicted, but I think that's all that's known
Honestly makes you wonder if she tried and failed to get pregnant and then decided to report him.
I think it was insinuated by the mother that he was the father but never confirmed. I’ve just found this on Reddit so I didn’t imagine it.

I have fallen down a rabbit hole on it a while back after they were talking about it in my hairdressers as there was a brothel had popped up in a flat beside the hairdressers.
Ended up reading all sorts about massage parlours, brothels etc all local to me!
At the time I think from memory, she had two children, and the second child was rumoured to be Ian’s, but this is not the child they abused (from the evidence on Ian’s devices). As the women’s identities were concealed from arrest to protect the children, nothing more came out about it for the same reason I guess. It also wouldn’t be in the interests of the child for the judge to do DNA test.
She was jealous of the baby’s it was said at the time.
I really hope those children go on to have happy fulfilled lives, unfortunately, when they get to a certain age they are probably going to ask questions.
They’re not going to be able to go through life with it being avoided unfortunately as their perpetrator is their own mother. They would be teenagers now, it’s horrible to think if they do know details it must be haunting as it’s all blown up in the press since his death. He should have just been buried in the prison grounds in secret.
I always like to hope that all the poor little children we read about go on to have happy lives but the truth is if they are in the care system it’s unlikely
