How often do you shower?

Definitely every morning and if I get sweaty from a workout then I go again. If I do shower a few times in the day though I try not to use too much soap (strips the natural oils from the skin or something :D )

This is off topic but your avatar has unleashed a whole set of memories I had forgotten 😂 I used to love this, wow.

Re: moisturising
I never used to bother despite having dry skin but I've started to use a light lotion now instead of a richer cream and because it dries quick, it doesn't feel like a chore anymore. If you hate moisturising, I'd recommend trying out different consistencies and/or scents. It made a difference as my arms used to itch a lot, especially during winter months.

I moisturise every day after my shower with Palmers Cocoa Butter with Q10, my skin has become so soft, my husband is always commenting on how soft it is! I really recommend it and it smells lovely, I couldn’t go without it now. Usually after a shower I’m putting on my pjs or if in the morning because we’re in lockdown more loungewear stuff. I really rub it in but if I needed to put jeans on I’d probably just use a lot less, it does always feel difficult putting your jeans on over moisturiser.

I don't moisturise to be honest unless my skin is really sore, I tell my wife I'm going for the craggy faced hobo look.

I shower most days, but do tend to skip sometimes. I try to wash my hair about 3 times a week ish, trying to roll that back to 2 - my hair doesn't get too oily but its quite fine so it doesn't hold up that well without a good load of dry shampoo.

I neeeeed to moisturise more, my skin on my body is so dry. I went to get a massage once and the therapist was surprised that my skin just slurped up the oil haha.

I took a bath for the first time in years yesterday night and I was like “What do I do now?”
I’m really shortsighted so laying around in a bath isn’t fun. I can’t read or watch anything. I can’t even see my hands in front of my face and am worried a drain monster will get me. I can’t listen to music as then I can’t see or hear the drain monster. I can’t relax, I’m not taking any chances for some fancy water.

I don't know if this is relevant, but do all of you moisturise after a shower? I shower every day, but I only moisturise on my days off because otherwise it'd take too long to get ready.
Yes I moisturise every morning after my shower I use either Palmers cocoa butter or Kiehl's creme de corps.

My shower isn't working properly atm so I'm showering twice a week and having a stand up wash everyday. I have a bath once a week. Can't wait for lockdown to be over so I can get my shower fixed and go back to my daily showers. Although, my skin is feeling much smoother since I stopped showering daily

Morning and night.
I hate the thought of getting into pjs unshowered and into your bed 😫🤢

At least once a day but often twice a day, especially if I exercise on the weekend- I like to then shower before and after exercise. Though some would probably think I'm still minging since I only wash my hair once a week 🤣
Wow ! Up til 3 weeks ago I washed it daily. Now 2 3 times a week.. drives me mad that its greasy looking 😂☹

Every night before bed. Will sometimes have on mid morning if I feel like it. Only wash my hair approx every 3 days.

I usually only bother to moisturise my body in winter. Sometimes I’ll skip a day here or there if I’m feeling lazy.

I shower and moisturise every morning. During summer months, if I’ve done a cardio work out or if I just feel a bit meh I’ll have a shower in the evening too. Our boiler broke in December and we were without hot water for 2 days. We had stand up washes at the sink and I just never felt fully clean

I shower or have a bath everyday, generally at night before bed but sometimes on the weekend (after a workout etc) I will have a daytime shower.

I keep my glasses on, I only take my glasses off if/when I am going to wash my hair or face.

Every morning unless I’m going to garden or clean then I do those jobs first and shower after. I occasionally have a bath in the evening but to more to relax than wash.
