Every day, usually first thing or if im not heading straight out I’ll wait till late morning. I like the water hot hot hot 🥵
Just to add if it’s been a sweaty day or I’ve had a short jog via Johannesburg I’ll shower again.

Every day. (I work full time for the NHS so feel like I need to wash away any trace of Covid/the outside world :ROFLMAO: ) If not I’ll only go 1 day when I don’t, & that’s usually if I feel ill or hungover.

In my teens I had quite bad anxiety and was prone to depressive episodes. I could go days without showering or cleaning my teeth.

Twice a day, morning and evening. Have baths at weekends because I just don't seem to get the time during the week.

Every night before bed unless I'm really tired but always then the following night. It's too much physically to have two showers a day as I'm disabled. When I was severely depressed and really struggling physically, I barely showered - sometimes only once a week - so now it's really important to me that I do make the effort.

I don't work, don't go out and only my boyfriend and anyone delivering anything see me so I think once a day is adequate.

I took a bath for the first time in years yesterday night and I was like “What do I do now?”
I’m really shortsighted so laying around in a bath isn’t fun. I can’t read or watch anything. I can’t even see my hands in front of my face and am worried a drain monster will get me. I can’t listen to music as then I can’t see or hear the drain monster. I can’t relax, I’m not taking any chances for some fancy water.

It depends. If it's cold and I haven't been active, or if I haven't left the house at all, every other day. Otherwise every evening. I wash my hair only twice a week though.

This excluding times of illness, depression etc of course. 🛀

I absolutely have to have a shower in the evening, ideally before bed but otherwise after a workout. But if there’s a choice if absolutely has to be a night shower over morning any day, as it’s so important for me to wash the day off and get into bed clean and fresh!! It’s what makes the most sense really, I’m not going to be sweating as much overnight as I will during the day

I moisturise every day after my shower with Palmers Cocoa Butter with Q10, my skin has become so soft, my husband is always commenting on how soft it is! I really recommend it and it smells lovely, I couldn’t go without it now. Usually after a shower I’m putting on my pjs or if in the morning because we’re in lockdown more loungewear stuff. I really rub it in but if I needed to put jeans on I’d probably just use a lot less, it does always feel difficult putting your jeans on over moisturiser.

I shower twice a day.

Wash my hair every other weekday and try not to wash my hair over the weekend.

I’ve taken a bath maybe 3 times in the last decade.

I don't know if this is relevant, but do all of you moisturise after a shower? I shower every day, but I only moisturise on my days off because otherwise it'd take too long to get ready.
Yes I moisturise every morning after my shower I use either Palmers cocoa butter or Kiehl's creme de corps.

Twice a day every day (although sometimes it's baths rather than showers). Still always morning and night though! I feel absolutely grim if I don't.

I also prefer my other half to shower before he gets into bed of an evening, I feel grim laying next to him if he's not

Definitely every morning and if I get sweaty from a workout then I go again. If I do shower a few times in the day though I try not to use too much soap (strips the natural oils from the skin or something :D )
This is off topic but your avatar has unleashed a whole set of memories I had forgotten 😂 I used to love this, wow.

Re: moisturising
I never used to bother despite having dry skin but I've started to use a light lotion now instead of a richer cream and because it dries quick, it doesn't feel like a chore anymore. If you hate moisturising, I'd recommend trying out different consistencies and/or scents. It made a difference as my arms used to itch a lot, especially during winter months.

Every day. I just love the feeling of being clean. If I'm working the early shift I'll shower in the evening, if I'm working the late shift I'll shower in the morning. I always have a bath on the weekend just to relax with bubbles and wash my hair 3-4 times a week.
