I shower or have a bath everyday, generally at night before bed but sometimes on the weekend (after a workout etc) I will have a daytime shower.

I’m really shortsighted so laying around in a bath isn’t fun. I can’t read or watch anything. I can’t even see my hands in front of my face and am worried a drain monster will get me. I can’t listen to music as then I can’t see or hear the drain monster. I can’t relax, I’m not taking any chances for some fancy water.
I keep my glasses on, I only take my glasses off if/when I am going to wash my hair or face.

Evening - wash away the day or getting clean after exercise.
Can’t get into a fresh bed with a days worth of life on my skin 😂

Shower every day (morning and evening), unless I have a bath.
On the days I have a bath, I shower in the morning and have a bath later on before bed but this normally only happens once or twice a week.
Moisturizer wise, once a day after the evening wash I do all body. In the morning I do my face. During the day tend to do hands. I must do it as this often otherwise my skin feels uncomfortable.

On work days the first thing I do is throw myself in the shower. If I'm off I'll get there, just takes a little longer.

I don't know if this is relevant, but do all of you moisturise after a shower? I shower every day, but I only moisturise on my days off because otherwise it'd take too long to get ready.
Pretty much never, I hate the feeling of moisturiser and being all sticky 😬

Yes. I do. I keep it in the shower. It is best to moisturise when the skin is still wet! I like the St Ives or Aveeno ones. They soak in quickly while I am getting ready. I also moisturise my body before bed. But I live in a dry climate so it is needed, haha.

Morning and night.
I hate the thought of getting into pjs unshowered and into your bed 😫🤢

At least once a day but often twice a day, especially if I exercise on the weekend- I like to then shower before and after exercise. Though some would probably think I'm still minging since I only wash my hair once a week 🤣
Wow ! Up til 3 weeks ago I washed it daily. Now 2 3 times a week.. drives me mad that its greasy looking 😂☹

I usually only bother to moisturise my body in winter. Sometimes I’ll skip a day here or there if I’m feeling lazy.

Every morning before work to wake up and then sometimes as soon as I get home from work (I’m on my feet working in a supermarket all day) if I’m feeling a bit pongee, or just before bed. Twice a day.

I have a bath every morning without fail, I dont have a shower, I personally think its gross for someone not to have either a bath or shower once a day.

I shower most days, but do tend to skip sometimes. I try to wash my hair about 3 times a week ish, trying to roll that back to 2 - my hair doesn't get too oily but its quite fine so it doesn't hold up that well without a good load of dry shampoo.

I neeeeed to moisturise more, my skin on my body is so dry. I went to get a massage once and the therapist was surprised that my skin just slurped up the oil haha.

This is off topic but your avatar has unleashed a whole set of memories I had forgotten 😂 I used to love this, wow.

Re: moisturising
I never used to bother despite having dry skin but I've started to use a light lotion now instead of a richer cream and because it dries quick, it doesn't feel like a chore anymore. If you hate moisturising, I'd recommend trying out different consistencies and/or scents. It made a difference as my arms used to itch a lot, especially during winter months.
I don't moisturise to be honest unless my skin is really sore, I tell my wife I'm going for the craggy faced hobo look.

A lot depends on the weather and the amount of exercise I do but although I wash every day I find if I shower every single day my skin gets really dry and itchy all over. It’s deeply unpleasant.
If it wasn’t for that I’d be a twice a day girl, I love my showers!

Usually every day, but it becomes every other day sometimes. If it's been more then 2 days I know I'm generally heading for a bad mental health episode.

When I was a child though we'd only have one bath on sunday's.

Once a day, if it’s a workout day I shower once that’s done, which is often around midday as I procrastinate on working out and then I procrastinate on getting in the shower! Non workout days I shower before bed. But as others have said in depressive periods I think the most I’ve gone is 4 or 5 days. I wash my hair 3-4 times a week as it gets really dry if I wash it every day.

Every day, morning and night if I’ve been at work. I can’t stand feeling dirty. I don’t feel like I’m starting my day right if I’ve not had one.
