I think your initial post came across like you were saying to force yourself to have sex even if you're too ill. Perhaps that's not what you meant....

Not entirely the way I meant it in such a black and white manner but my wife doesn’t let me use any form of illness or tiredness as a valid excuse to “avoid” it. Just putting across how myself and my wife remain close and it’s normally her choice to have it this way rather than me “forcing” her into anything and she is ill FAR more often than myself.

well iv got to 20 years, 7 pregnancies and one child and never nobbed when I’ve been poorly! To be honest, I’m married to the worlds worst poorly person - I’d rather shag Sloth than my husband when he’s ill.

He suffer from a severe case of “man flu” then? I know quite a few people like that to be perfectly honest so fully understand that way of thinking too.
