Live alone in a 1 bed flat is Sussex
Rent 795 pm
Council Tax 106 pm
Gas and Electric works out about 28pm
Water 160 (half yearly)
Broadband 21
Phone bill 14.95 (but work allowance of 20 so I make money!)
Food - varies but now I won't shop in Lidl etc closer to 60 pw.
Home insurance - 4.50 pm

Internet / TV £52
Netflix and prime £14
We also have buildings and content insurance but if you rent you should only need contents insurance.
You will need to factor in food, your rent and any car costs you may have.
