This is the best hot chocolate in the world. I don’t buy it from Amazon as it is rather expensive. But I usually get it from France or when my mum goes over. Which hasn’t been for three years but the tub lasts ages. So I probably would buy it from Amazon when I run out. I bloody love it

Love the picture of the horse running with a chocolate bar in its mouth on the packaging. Dunno why it just made me laugh

@coconochanel you can get the latte sachets on the website but my husband uses the Kenco tins for his lattes

We love ours, though it gets used sporadically. We've just got the hazlenut lattes and omg they are amazing.

I use the milk frother that came with my Nespresso (Aerocino) when I looked at the Velvetiser in store it looked exactly the same

I do buy the sachets I love the multipack where you can try them all

At Christmas M&S did hot chocolate flakes which I stocked up on, shame they don’t do them all year round!

I will have to try some flakes. I bought the hand held thingy instead (I’m the OP) and I like it (though I have sprayed it everywhere!). It gets rid of all the lumps and it’s a nice texture. Can’t compare it to the velvetiser though as I haven’t tried one from it. I suspect that’s another level of smoothness

It's the same as the dualit that's much cheaper, I've got a Lidl version that is just as good for £20.
