Yeah wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the case! And like I said before, her having ‘fuzzy arms’ (as she described herself) is a common ED side-effect of your body trying to keep itself insulated. She always sleeps in full length pyjamas too!

those penguin long sleeve pjs she use to wear at uni must surely be from the kids section they look terribly babyish

Holly: Doesn’t actually have a uni course or anything to really ‘study’ for.

Also Holly: *uploads a #studywithholly where she goes over stuff she legit knows back to front*

She could have picked up some courses on coursera/edx etc to boost her cv and actually learn stuff but naaah

She says she gets warm/ too hot but prefers the long top to putting on sunscreen???? Living in Australia I'll put on sunscreen if I'm going for a run in summer that isn't in the early morning (rare) but the rest of the time I don't put sunscreen on and don't burn even though my skin is probably as pale as Holly's. As far as I know the sun in the UK is much weaker than Aus too so I don't really get her fixation with sunscreen/blocking out the sun unless, as you say, it's cover for something else?

I guess everyone’s skin is different... I’m not as pale as holly yet will burn in the 20° UK sun. It’s better to be safe than sorry, but her fixation on the whole sun cream thing and making a big deal of it I think just comes with her need to make everything a personality trait.

Like it was said, she could have done a Future Learn course or something, but as a 22 year-old, I actually think it's a bit sad doing a study with me. If she was learning something new or even a 'get productive with me' fair enough. But like you said, why is she studying stuff she must already have a good grasp on?

Not that she should take our opinion, but just wanted to give it anyway. Time for new content.

She has filmed a assumptions video no doubt it will be the usual typical questions she always answers

And the fact it’s with her sister will probably mean she’s being all goofy and acting 12.... idk like people give her genuine assumptions that she just won’t address. That’s her choice I guess but when the assumptions surround everything her brand is about, she surely can’t avoid it forever.

Correct. She just acted like an idiot for 10 mins straight.

Woah i cant believe she is a 22 year old well educated graduate, you'd think she had additional needs (i dont mean to offend anyone with SEND)
Seriously if i was an employer and saw a candidate behaviour like that i would be concerned and would not want to employ them, i cant imagine she wanted to teach high school and alevel pupils science.

Watching one of her old Cambridge vlogs. Does anyone remember the old "Would you eat your pet?" line? She is SO PREACHY oh my.

Oh my god, imagine using that question as the one to persuede people to be vegan. Of course I wouldn't eat my dog, but if I had pet chickens for instance, I'd probably eat them!!

Also I can't believe how much she's changed since then! She's a lot more confident, but also her cheeks have really filled out! Although she still suffers from disordered eating, at least she is looking a bit more healthy these days

Defo, I think often with eating disorders when they’re not addressed inside out (both mentally and physically) it can be hard to actually be okay with weight gain, and not just being at the edge of a ‘restored weight’.

i think thats the case with Holly. While yes, she’s clearly filled out more, her relationship with her weight gain and body in general just isn’t healthy. It’s clear she wouldn’t be okay/happy if her weight went up, she’d probably exercise even more to maintain that ‘toned body’. Definitely cannot see her gaining weight or being okay with the idea of it anytime soon.

Correct. She just acted like an idiot for 10 mins straight.
all her comments on her videos are just ‘you inspire me so much’ or ‘you’re so amazing’.... she must have deleted comments and it’s just so infuriating. People who point out the obvious getting shut down just goes to show Holly’s denial.

and yes she did act rather young. I just find it hilarious now how her sister was far more reserved in this video and was saying to Holly not to do the weird accents, and a big deal was made about Holly being ‘NoT LikE oTheR GirLs’. It’s like she’s trying to constantly prove to herself that she’s worth something, it’s kinda sad to see.

Also think because she reads threads like this that a lot of the content and answers are steered towards having a response to what people say on here, which just makes Holly look even more in denial.

That looks spot on. I wonder about her periods though. If she hadn't had one in six months it's common knowledge that you should go to the doctor. So either she has them or she's in denial about needing to go to a doctor.

But taking away from that website; she needs to be resting properly and eating properly. She might be taking enough rest days (in the laat Q&A she said she took at least one a week) but girl she needs to eat more protien and fats, not just her protien yoghurt with a drizzle of nut butter!

The RED-S thing looks totally spot on. And I agree with the resting properly thing! For the amount of exercise Holly does on her non rest days, she should be taking more time off per week or at least eating more, like you said, fats and proteins. I know she used to be oil free and I don’t know if that’s still the case but that’d defo be somewhere for her to start to change her diet!

She's still oil free as far as a I know. I would be interested in seeing Abbey Sharp (a nutritionist who mainly reviews other peoples what I eat in a day videos) reviewing Holly's diet. I feel like she usually has a sensible approach when talking about other peoples diets. I wonder how Holly would feel about an analysis of her diet by someone who's actually qualified
