Angelo in his video I think has as actually seen his performance in a sensible light which is, given the weight increase, it's actually not bad when put alongside his previous performance.

It's really odd that he never congratulated Holly on stories though.
He also liked her post but did not comment on it. He may, however, be social media ignorant

I think she’ll go into coaching, and set up some sort of Hyrox coaching/plan business
I can totally see her at some point trying to "win" at motherhood. Transferring all her neuroses, hopes and dreams onto a child, like her mum did to her.

I could of sworn she put out feelers on linkedin for hyrox coaching before they ever made a seperate channel. I think Holly may have come to the conclusion that no one would be delusional enough to go to her for coaching if she never competed herself.

I sincerely hope Holly doesn't have children without spending at least a couple years in therapy

I don't think she would have children because they are so difficult to control.
Good point! I fear Holly may be egotistical enough to think that her children would be an exception to the rule. I could be way off base with this but I've always assumed that if Emily were to get pregnant or tell Holly she was trying to get pregnant Holly would follow suit within a year. Holly has always looked up to Emily, and while most younger siblings do, with Holly it seems to an unhealthy degree.

Have they mentioned when the next race is, or are we on a break from Hyrox?
I think she said on Insta today that they've not got their next race planned in yet but that's their task for this week, picking the next one. I'd imagine they wanna give themselves a decent run-up before the next one, so they have enough time to make bigger fitness gains in between.

I wonder if they're trying to find a city where they think it will be easiest for Angelo to podium. If they are trying to become Hyrox coaches, I'm assuming they just want to podium at the highest level to gain legitimacy and then quit competing as soon as they swindle people into buying their programs. This reminds me a lot of Holly's tutoring business. I think it would've been smarter to get some kind of degree or certification in nutrition and/or kinesiology and then quit their jobs and compete in Hyrox competitions documenting their science backed training and nutrition along the way. I know there will be people who will be naive enough to pay for Angelo and Holly to coach them, but having watched Holly for years and now Angelo I feel like it would be very ill advised to take advice from two people so out of touch and so disordered.

I don't get Hyrox - someone came up on my fyp as an E15 athlete, 1st place in her most recent race but her time was slower than Holly's?

It depends on their age and gender category doesn’t it? And who else they’re up against

This athlete was younger than Holly so in theory should have been faster. That's hardly fair then? So someone becomes an elite athlete because the other people there were slower but Holly finished 3rd and had a much faster time (like 3 mins faster). Weird sport

You make such a good point. See if one of them concentrated on nutrition and the other on training, they could become good coaches.

I bet they'll also be booking races on how expensive it is to get there etc.

Are all the races calculated just by the individual race? Not on a global scale? Or is it both?

Im also confused but i think those are regional rankings, so her time wouldn't be compared to Holly's unless they competed at the same level in the same city.

So to become an E15 athlete do you have to do a special qualifying race?

I reakon theyll choose an asian country as there are less people competing and more chace to podium. Take Beijing for example. Holly would have been top 3, Angelo would have been top 10. Now every race is important to get points to go age group championships. I wonder how they will fund all the flights.
