I feel really stressed looking at that baby in trunks and no hat I wouldn’t even do that in England let alone on holiday so dangerous. Also they’re still bottle feeding him like a baby? I know all babies develop differently but my son has a genetic syndrome and he was similar to Josh except he did hold his own bottle and looked his age. I worry that there the type to ignore if there is something and won’t accept it/ try mask it

My little ones are almost 5 and 2, they’re smothered in factor 50 every day just now and always wear a hat and sunglasses but both still have tans. I know I’m doing all I can for sun protection but they’re always out playing just now in the garden or the oldest when he’s at nursery but are still getting some colour from the sun! I’d never just have them sitting all day in shorts with no hat etc!

They treat the eldest like he’s 3 months old! Except with regards to iPad usage and then treat him likes he’s 14! They need to encourage and stimulate him.

They don’t seem very interested parents at all. It’s baffling that they decided to have 2 so close together. Unless they’re hoping they’ll entertain each other soon so they can leave them to it.

Because she cares more about him being a mini me and matching his Dad for the insta pics than she cares about protecting his skin. Fair enough he doesn’t need to be in a sun suit morn Til night if he’s smothered in high SPF going to or from the shaded areas but he’s literally sat in the blaring sun playing in the water which will be diminishing his SPF coverage. It’s just shit parenting, no excuses.

My little boy is fair like little Josh, he is smothered in factor 50 constantly from morning Til night at the moment, in a hat sunglasses and tshirt all the time, in the shade as much as possible and yet has still picked up a little colour on his arms and feet and I’m absolutely mortified about it! It’s obviously just his natural skin tone (his dad and I both tan easily) and someone commented the other day he has a little sun tan and I wanted the ground to swallow me as the thought that I might be encouraging a tan is awful. To say, I don’t understand how these people are letting their kids bake in the daytime sun on holiday without hats or tops on. They obviously think a suntan is cute on their babies and that’s just gross.

Off course i don't wish there's a issue with him but when people share/exploit their kids on line for a living...people can't help but notice things with their kids.
I didn't mean you personally, I was replying to your post around pointing. Very true, they are exploiting him. I find it very sad how he is clearly needing some extra support but they have just moved on to the next baby, if it were me I'd have waited longer to have more time with Josh

Before I had children I def thought ‘my future kids will never wear them ugly suits’ they’ll wear cute cozies or shorts get a lovely little tan….

Then I matured and became a parent. My kids are in long sleeve UV suits smothered in cream every half hour/hour with a hat on playing in the shade unless they’re having 10 mins in the pool! And as for a tan (I know it can’t always be helped) but I’m proud of my kids still being so pale in comparison so myself who’s sat in the sun etc. I’ll protect their perfect skin for as long as possible!

I feel like I can’t word what I’m trying to say, I know some skin tones catch the sun easier than others. But I have zero interest in my kids getting a tan. I don’t think it’s cute or looks good. I’ve done a good job as a mum for them to come home as pale as when we arrived 😂
Exactly this - back from 2 week holiday in Florida where it was hot everyday. Although our toddler refuses point blank to wear a hat, I was always trying to get him to wear it, always in sun cream, properly clothed, in shade, umbrella on the buggy and came back whiter than he left and I’m so proud at no point did he get burnt at all and we were out everyday! I just don’t understand they way this family do things!

I know it's so cringe...

the boy can't even stand unaided yet they make out he's so fearless like evil Knievel haha.

Do they live near a airport?

I can't remember if our two spotted planes?

seems very odd.

Very irresponsible allowing your son to do this and take the time to picture it.

They were on a small boat ( on the Thames?) all the adults drinking🍷🍺 yet both kid's had no life jacket on.

On the other boat the cousins children had life jackets on.

I'm wondering if they couldn't get little Josh to wear his because he's clearly autistic and so they kept Dustys off too, so it didn't draw attention, although it has.

It's actually shocking that they haven't put him in a sun hat / sun vest seeing as Jess is with them and has put Presley in one. It's just pure ignorance at this point. If he won't keep a hat on keep him in the shade it's as simple as that. It's so dangerous and so selfish of these parents putting their little ones at risk so they can get a tan!
