I’m not seeing how she’s lived a full life... she’s in her mid-30s, has only had “toxic” relationships with both friends and significant others, has only “traveled” to fuck guys in random hotel rooms in Spain and Vegas (doesn’t count IMO), and has never taken the time to develop a career or stick to a hobby long enough to get good at it.
I do agree that she was once promising. She lived in SF and had contacts in industries she had an interest in. She actually tried to eat healthy and be social. What happened?

She tries on so many different identities, lies about mastering them, and then quickly moves on once the real work in those things begin. It seems like a character issue that she should work on fixing, she needs to develop a stronger sense of self and discipline and to stop basing her entire life and new identity around a man.
