Yep! I loved it. I didn't follow the nutrition plan as I already had my own macros and cals done, but the physical side was great

personally, I didn’t find it very good but I guess it really depends entirely on your goals. If you are seeking to lose weight, this is probably a good app as it’s just pure cardio. You’ll get bugger all results after eight weeks anyway. Even if you’re doing any of her lifting programs.

I was a bit surprised to see Lauren and her partner are combining their businesses and calling it the Bikini Method in this day and age. Seems very 2010's to me. Makes me think of Ashy Bines and her Bikini body crap. Personally I'd have come up with a different name. Do women really just want to look good in a bikini now? I think times have evolved and focus has shifted to being strong and healthy.
Couldn’t agree more and it’s such an obvious money grab. Mark is a really well respected coach and in my opinion this completely cheapens him. It reminds me so much of ashy even down to the part where the prices are in USD
