Thank you! I will definitely look out for both of these items. These two have been a game changer this year, nose balm 89p home bargain, tablets were £7 with Tesco Clubcard
I tried local honey as well. I honestly can say I didn’t notice any difference or any help at all.I've been so unwell the past week wi it. Can't breathe, eyes ready to be clawed out, wheezy. Someone said try to have a spoonful of local honey and that should help so off I go to the local farm shop, fingers crossed
Update: my really bad hayfever turned out to be...the start of some horrible chest/throat/Sinus infection. I have been in bed most of weekend and am off work. ( not covid, I tested)
Person above, still see your GP they may be able to help
That won't help, you need actual medication.I've been so unwell the past week wi it. Can't breathe, eyes ready to be clawed out, wheezy. Someone said try to have a spoonful of local honey and that should help so off I go to the local farm shop, fingers crossed
Taking honey helps before season starts so you can have some of desensitisation to it but when symptoms start you do need either tablets or sprays to help relieve itI've been so unwell the past week wi it. Wow - sounds amazing! Would be very tempted to get this.Yes! Huge difference! I’ve not had to take a single antihistamine since having it, I’ve had no hayfever symptoms at all. I really recommend it, it’s honestly changed my life so far. It’s been amazing to live normally on the hotter days!
What are the side effects?Worth noting of course the potential side effects, the NHS stopped giving Kenalog injections because they decided that the potential side effects outweighed the benefits. It's personal choice but not one to enter into lightly if it's possible to get by with other medications (and particularly so if you're a grass pollen sufferer as we're coming to the end of the season).
Thank youIt's probably a bit late tbh. Most stuff takes a while to kick in, so you should start taking it around two weeks before the season starts to give it a chance to build up. Grass pollen season should be starting to wind down (although it does seem to stretch on later each year). Your best advice would probably be to limit exposure. Keep windows shut, wash your hair and change your clothes when you get in for the day, don't dry your clothes or bedding outdoors. Wear big sunglasses when outside.

Agree with the person above, it doesn’t help much/at all. Get some proper medication xI've been so unwell the past week wi it. Can't breathe, eyes ready to be clawed out, wheezy.
