Has anyone tried weighted blankets?

Yes they totally do that. My kind friend bought me one for my daughter who is slow to settle at night. BUT after attempting various uses we gave up on it as frankly unpleasant and donated to Oxfam today. Feel guilty tho!

Oh no really! As soon as people mentioned feeling like a close hug etc I was like thank you!

I was tempted to get one after reading some comments (i have fibro/restless legs etc)but am unsure now as ratings seem mixed. Is it like claustrophobia for legs??!!
