Sorry if you thought in my reply that I was having a dig at you, I wasn’t. Diana seemed to be the exception to the rule in the RF at the time, and we saw her boys getting the hugs etc from her despite what he said in Waaaagh.
Whether any other members of the RF showed him any physical affection we don’t know, perhaps it was as you say ‘maybe none of them could stand him’! He always seemed to be a sulky child especially when he didn’t get his own way ….. not an endearing quality.

Yes, I can well imagine too that showing affection among the older royals would not be considered the done thing. I imagine Diana raised a few eyebrows by showing affection to her sons, in public.

Someone commented on another thread that William and Catherine are more openly affectionate - obviously not clawing each other - in recent times. Harry and Meghan look like they are clawing one another as opposed to actually wanting to hold hands. In fact in some of the photos from the Australian debacle, it looked like she was arresting him. You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence...

So he's leaked that he's bringing his children to the UK. Presumably with the intention of raising interest in their visit and increasing the likelihood of them being 'at risk'. He is hardly an advert for the hundred of thousands wasted on his education.

I for one will be completely ignoring their visit, but, having seen the simpering coverage by BBC news of their visit announcement, I’ve decided to refuse to pay the BBC licence fee this year. I’ll be vocal about why, as I was when I cancelled Netflix back in the day of Harkles contract announcements. I look forward to their collection letters and hope they send their little minions to look in the window for my TV!

We should all vote with our feet, and send a clear message to the media to stop giving them oxygen.

Honestly, I expected that H and M would bring the kids this summer, if only in an effort to force their way in to see KC via the media. Last thing KC wants is the headlines they will plant in the DM and via other Sussex friendly outlets: "Mean King won't see his grandkids and they are in the country!" H and M are failing at everything (including merching the kids), so this is all basically the only card they have left.

If Harry wants his alleged children to see the King, you can bet your bottom $ it’s because he and his atrocious wife have something to monetise. I could never forget Harry‘s atrocious behaviour at a time when Prince Philip had died and the queen on her deathbed. And could someone just explained to me why we have to pay for his protection in the UK for Invictus games. Why can’t Invictus games pay for it? They seem to pay for everything else for Harry.

The people won’t tolerated it. Many people feel we are spending too much on the royal family anyway, Harry has been out of the royal family for these many years pretty much. Just sounds like a tourist coming for a visit or look at this lovely castle I used to live there..

It would be a big mistake for king to reunite as we all know they have to have a connection with the royal family with the King to make money. I’d rather they just cut them off and be done with it. That’s how we used to deal with traitors back in the day.

I've been trying for years to get Mr Mice to stop paying - we hardly watch TV anyway and when we do it's all of the channels with the really old stuff on - but he's frightened he'll end his twilight years breaking rocks in some convict colony on Van Dieman's Land or summat.

Completely agree. They will try to force KC's hand, and get photo's. I think if they do come, and it's a big if, KC should only see them privately. No photo ops for Markles.
