I'm trying not to project Niomi and Joe's relationship, but, as you said, he really seems done with her and disinterested. Aside from her controlling nature regarding food, I sense some resentment in her, too. Just in her latest video, she's made probably dozen passive-aggressive comments about him. I think she wants to settle down ASAP and live close to her family and sister but with Kenny's career, that's going to be an issue for the foreseeable. I can't remember if he's made any comments regarding wanting to start a family, but it doesn't seem to be his priority atm.
