I think Kenny is definitely involved in the purchase. She consulted with him on it and said 'we' when talking about taking next steps, putting in an offer etc. If Hannah was buying this house on her own, I think she would say so. She'd say how proud she was of herself that she was able to do this - just like she did when she bought her car.
She's always implied that their current house was a joint purchase, but it's not - Kenny bought that house. I think the same probably goes for this house.

Does anyone know how much the places she's looking at cost? I'd check on Rightmove but don't have enough knowledge of the area to narrow down the search.

however it’s in her best interests imo that after such a long relationship in which she has invested her time which she will never get back (and I know nor will he ).
it’s the way of the world, she was lucky to pull a man with a decent income , there are girls just as attractive who haven’t managed that. It’s easy to think she will be just as lucky again but that’s not guaranteed , it’s not easy. Women have a limited amount of time where they can call upon their looks in order to get ahead in life and I’d say for most that time is over by 35. Of course there are women 45 who manage to upgrade their lifestyles out of the luck of meeting a man who is much better off .
Id like to see Hannah make a gain financially. Shes put a long time in and tbh she doesn’t seem like a nasty woman . Yes shes got her quirks and she seems to of had a big shift in her style/life/expectations. He is a drip
albeit a kind one who has cooked and cared for her seemingly well . But he’s also a man and a sportsman at that which has to tip the odds as to whether he’s a “good bet” longterm.

I think there are question marks over Ken’s intelligence. I think he’s more likely to become “distracted” by someone in a mini skirt and high heels who pays him the attention and sparks his interest/excites him.
he might think he’s found someone who gives him something Hannah doesn’t and off he goes . Leaving Hannah with less of a lifestyle even if that’s a temporary loss . I don’t think she would take a split well . I honestly think she is overestimating her ability to keep him interested whilst he’s living away. He could change a lot given he is in a new environment and influenced by new friends and colleagues /life.

I don't think she's mentioned the tattoo before, but it seems she's had it awhile. It can be seen in some older pics on her Instagram. It looks like a crown. Maybe for 'King' Kenny....(Pretty sure that's what his teammates used to call him).
There may be another meaning to it idk. Might not actually be a crown?

I thought she was way older too. Would not give her 21. It could explain her dependency.
I don’t know. Could be, she does look very smooth. Also her front teeth are very rounded with looks a little off.

is he mortgaging so there’s less of a cash asset. He could hide cash in an offshore trust if he is sneaky , she wouldn’t get her share of that … I don’t think Kenny is that careful but maybe his parents are …..

Interesting! I could see a proposal in Australia on the cards.
I'm trying not to project Niomi and Joe's relationship, but, as you said, he really seems done with her and disinterested. Aside from her controlling nature regarding food, I sense some resentment in her, too. Just in her latest video, she's made probably dozen passive-aggressive comments about him. I think she wants to settle down ASAP and live close to her family and sister but with Kenny's career, that's going to be an issue for the foreseeable. I can't remember if he's made any comments regarding wanting to start a family, but it doesn't seem to be his priority atm.
