It’s new to market so she’s timed it bad! The market isn’t hot , not even in the Cotswolds unless it’s a unique mega mansion.

I think it’s very overpriced . Owners new to market trying their luck to start with.

a major drawback is there’s only 2 beds in the main house . The third bedroom is on a separate outbuilding !. Which surely isn’t any good?

she needs a room then her wardrobe room has got to be in the main house ideally upstairs …. If she fell pregnant then what then?! Maybe move yet again , which might be Hannah’s sneaky plan for a bigger house .

hannah just bag the most expensive three or two bed and worry about the rest later

I think all the bedrooms are in the main house; two downstairs and one upstairs reached via stairs from the sitting room (You can see stairs in pics). Seems overpriced to me too and will need work (new kitchen etc). The outdoor space is nice. Not sure why she'd need a barn, workshop and outdoor buildings especially if she's not planning on staying long-term.

She could use one outdoor building as a gym with reformer . I don’t know how close by her nearest bougie reformer class would be other than 30 mins each way to daylesford . She doesn’t seem to mind driving around Cheshire so who knows.

She’s going to need a regular gardener to keep on top of it .

It’s not the lock up and leave little place for her to stay when she’s in the Cotswolds I had envisaged .

potentially two children down the line perhaps and she will need the family place I originally thought she was going for .

if he puts this place in his sole name I will have some serious doubts about his intentions!

Ooh! Great sleuthing @ella1979. If she goes for the more expensive property we'll know it's Kenny's money she's spending! As a three-bed, that first property could potentially be used as a longer-term home, the second one not so much.

I think Hannah will want a much larger property for her forever home. Will she get it though?

Sorry that should say if you look at the bathroom that used to be a small (minute!) bedroom with tiny shower room but the owners changed it took away the tiny bedroom and made it into one big bathroom

Yes definitely needs a much bigger house ideally for the future and why not with his money .

the 425k is a holiday let home . I don’t think it’s big enough for her to spend much time in . Kitchen is absolutely cramped .

we didn’t see house no 3 . She didn’t sound that keen on 3 or 4.

Definitely looks like no1 she’s going for and it’s definitely his money being spent!

Hope she’s not rushing into things, she should take time to look around properly and find the perfect place, not rush into it just to give her something to do for YouTube whilst he’s away

She can afford to take time because the market is cold right now . Things aren’t easily selling on the whole.

however if she can quickly snap up a 700k house and suggest to him that it’s in joint names then that’s something in the bag for her.

then eventually if they are still together she can pull the “we are trying for a baby we need a bigger house before fall preg” trick! Then hopefully a bigger house in joint names and hopefully she’s now married so all in all 3 uk properties she has a good claim on .
I’m so sceptical !. Or am I realistic idk. She must look after herself whilst she’s able to in that her looks and youth can’t be bought back . She doesn’t want to find herself in a bad position in middle age because she hasn’t made the best choices available to her now.

I wouldn’t mind betting she’s already seen another house entirely and offered on it and that’s going through . I bet these are all red herrings for content . I would have thought if she’s stayed a few nights she would have made it to more than 4 properties . She’s viewed four in one day if the filming is to be believed

That's true - I wouldn't be surprised if she buys a house she hasn't shown at all. Would be the smart thing to do.

So they aren’t buying it outright with cash then ….. at the moment he can make a bit instead by keeping it in cash invested but I think that will soon change over the next few months as interest rates finally drop

is he mortgaging so there’s less of a cash asset. He could hide cash in an offshore trust if he is sneaky , she wouldn’t get her share of that … I don’t think Kenny is that careful but maybe his parents are …..

I thought she said they were moving forward with an offer in last week's vlog (Or did I get that wrong?) Didn't seem that way in her latest vlog where she said she was getting everything in order for if/when they find a house.

Could just be more fibbing from Hannah - or maybe I wasn't listening closely enough.

I think last vlog she said something like she was going to take the next step but then she said something like it won’t be an offer. It sounded like more questions for the agent to me.

latest vlog she even said something like “if” there is a Cotswolds house , as if it’s not 100%
