My understanding is Cheshire East asked her to host the zoom meeting to support the other councillers, who had already raised concerns about bullying behaviour from Brian Tolver (self appointed clerk guy) and Aled Brewerton (gollum, who brought his dad on the call also for some reason) so it sounds like there's been some history long before Jackie Weaver had to step in but she was there to try and keep the meeting civil

The weird thing is, most of their videos seem to be like this - it wasn’t just this one descending into lockdown anarchy!

So the Parishes I believe would be under some form of Town or County Council, help her coming in to sort them out.
