Some people on here have lost loved ones to covid and are understandably hurt by her thoughtless comments. She can celebrate being alive with some bleeping humility and perhaps by firstly thanking the people who kept her alive these past months.

I think the 42 day rule is relaxed now due to Covid. I don’t think he’d dare register the baby without her permission

If you’re religious fair enough talk about god and the strength it gave you but she’s made this all about her, no statement to thank the NHS for not only saving her life (because let’s face it, that’s all this comes down to) and her little boy who was born very prematurely and has had to survive without his mother for 3 months. I’ll be honest if you want to set up a rave thread for grace go ahead because her behaviour is inexcusable and dangerous

this is so odd! she’s being repeatedly called out on twitter and is continuing to talk about everything but the NHS, but is liking tweets defending her so obviously knows that people think she should be thanking the NHS. I mean even if she for some reason hates nurses why not just bleeping thank them even if you don’t mean it ??

I wouldn’t be surprised if given the circumstances that social services or family services aren’t going to involved in that child’s life for the rest of time
She doesn’t want to touch the NHS topic with a barge pole because, as others have pointed out, that would involve admitting her body wasn’t healthy. She was spreading dangerous mistruths prior to the pregnancy, during it, and now post covid. This whole thing has really shown how the BoPo community has gotten beyond reason, it’s toxic to deny being this large isn’t harming you. What more evidence do they need?!

Grace is a gob, but there is zero evidence that she won’t be a fit mother.
I’m sure she’ll need some counselling or something now to get her head around missing out on her child’s first months, and possibly support to help basic tasks when she’s weak, but social services?! No way in my opinion.
It’s clear the baby is very loved. Grace may be a narcissist and Lee a failed ASOS model but they love their son and they have plenty of friends and family to support them.
It’s when what they call trauma happens to a family social services get notified, they didn’t know what would have happened to her (if she would ever wake up) social services weren’t originally designed to be involved to take peoples kids away, they were designed to make sure families have the help they need but because of funding can only deal with the most extreme cases. They also don’t know what life lasting injuries she might have, it’s pretty normal for reports to be filled/an alert to go out when one parent comes into hospital for something serious, whether anything goes further is another story

I know of, through someone else, a young mother who also fell ill with COVID immediately after her labour and she died from it, leaving her baby behind. Was she just not determined enough to rise?
