Although I don't agree, the only rationale I can see for her going on a Twitter rampage is to milk the attention surrounding her story and draw in future deals.

She's likely lost out on a lot of money from not working for so long (iirc she was signed off pre-baby too) and Lee's salary alone isn't going to be enough to sustain them. Now add a baby into the mix and it's gonna be tough.

Again, I don't agree with how she's going about it at all and it absolutely doesn't excuse the inability to even give the NHS so much as a nod publicly.

If she can manifest miracles and she’s such an amazingly powerful lucky person then why did she even get so ill in the first place?

Wow. What a duck you to all the 100’s of people that kept her and her child alive for the last for the three months.
I’ve spent the last year working in the ICUs and HDUs of my hospital. It has been rough. Not least because of the size of many of our patients. A nurse commented in the staff room the other day about how much they’re looking forward to not having to care for so many fatties going forward. It’s exhausting and everything is harder. I know that my joints have all taken a hit this year from the turning and personal care.
Somebody here mentioned the turn teams that went around and proned patients. More often than not they were made up of volunteers from other departments whose services had been reduced. One day it was literally all dentists and eye doctors!
Also, think about all the people who have died in the last year that helped to teach the medical staff the best treatment pathways to follow. Just so that she could pull through and thank herself.
Wow what lovely people we have working in the nhs! I'd actually be ashamed to work with people who call patients "fatties" I work on the front line so know how hard it is but that comment is disgusting

Could be ... altho there were lots of pregnant women in ITU at the peak of this wave. Does she live in London? She could have been transferred to Hampstead but I don’t think she lives anywhere near there
Doesn’t really matter. At the peak you basically went where there was an icu bed available. Our London icu had people from far outside London at some points.

I do agree that it looks like her and remember reading article at time and thinking so then too.

Someone needs to take her phone away and tell her to concentrate on getting better and building a relationship with her son. These tweets are crazy!

Wow she really is insufferable. I can't believe this is how she's decided to behave after coming out of a 3-month long coma... I honestly don't understand how she can possibly take the narrative that her survival from Covid was all down to her when she was literally having a machine breathe for her for 3 months, likely pumped with steroids to keep her lungs working, being injected with calories on a daily basis to stay alive and having nurses clean and care for her every day. She won't even be able to remember any of those 3 months so how does she know what SHE did to make herself survive??! She's just full of tit and I was hoping I'd like her after this, but I couldn't dislike her more at this point.

I can’t of don’t like the thought of profiting off Covid
I’m not being funny..but what is there to say? She was in a coma, unless she’s gonna claim to have had some wacky spiritual dreams there’s not much she can say about the last 3 months

So what about Ashley Cain and his partners baby who has relasped with leukemia? They have been astonishingly positive through their daughters battle with cancer as well as believing in manifestation, and has it helped? Devastatingly it hasn't.

Most people when they have been ill come out thanking the nhs, this fuckibg lunatic is only thanking herself. Horrific

Sooo bets on how long it is until she's making digs at the NHS staff looking after her for being fatphobic/rude/racist/problematic

I hate this.

I know someone who had COVID early December, was put on a ventilator, started getting better than passed away suddenly two days before Christmas leaving 4 kids, one who is 5 years old and had his first birthday without his dad 2 days after New Years day.

How dare she suggest he did not fight hard enough to survive. The devastation COVID has left for that family is heartbreaking. I didn't realise all he needed to do was be "stronger."
Exactly this. Although I’m truly happy for her that she survived, I found what she wrote so smug and triggering that I haven’t been back on Twitter since. I came back on this thread to say
‘thank you’ to those who offered condolences/liked my post. But I won’t be back on here again, I don’t want to hear anything more about her, she literally made me feel sick.

I think you have hit the nail on the head!

Not thanking the NHS and her whole tone about them saying she had low chances of survival... I’m willing to bet she’s been told by medical professionals that part of the reason she was at higher risk was due to her weight and she has taken this as them being large phobic.

I can’t think of any other reasonable explanation why she wouldn’t be singing their praises for SAVING HER LIFE.

I don't think it'll be to do with racism, moreso fatphobia - for as long as I've followed her, she's been triggered by doctors comments about her weight. Iirc it stems from when she had her eating disorder(s) which is why she was seeing Emmy (OG followers will remember her lol) and valued her "holistic" approach.

I'm hoping she's just off her bits on some nice drugs and all this tit on twitter is due to that. I know I'm probably reaching here though!

Someone needs to take her phone away.

Wow I thought that ‘because i’m me’ tweet was a one off, but she really doesn’t sound right at all. I hope she’s getting the right kind of trauma support for what she’s been/still going through, because she doesn’t sound like she’s coping well at all. Though I imagine services are probably spread very thin at the moment. Could it possibly be a side effect of long covid? That’s actually really worrying if it is, she’s so young.

tbh her twitter rampage smells a whole lot like post-coma mania / ICU psychosis to me.

Lmao right?! I'll be honest, at first I thought maybe the "I'm awake" tweet was Charl tweeting on Grace's behalf but with these recent tweets I knew straight away it was definitely her.

Well thank you Grace. You have now proved WHY morbidly obese women are deemed high risk in pregnancy and WHY morbidly obese people are being offered the covid vaccine early. Being big is not an indicator of health she’s correct. But it is an indicator of RISK. Most of the young people on the covid wards are clinically obese - which is fine - it is their body - I am there to assist and support anybody, I’d never discriminatory treat or berate of any size, faith, disability, etc. But she cannot deny facts anymore. The facts she has been touting on this bull for years. The body positivity community is toxic as duck. The of the consequences of our lifestyle choices can risk our health and life.

Interesting to see way more people speaking out on her 'now do you believe in miracles?' or whatever it was. Good to see some people have sense.
