Re Cyclone I’ve seen a few people commenting on social media saying she left to pursue a professional wrestling career in the US not sure how true it is
That does make sense - we have always said she has all the traits to be a wrestler - there is a lot of crossover skills between the 2 (one of the American gladiators used to be a WWE professional wrestler - I loved him 😍)

This morning I've seen a few articles saying that Joe Marler is going to become the first celebrity gladiator. I’m hoping this is just for a skit or even the celebrity special and he’s a contender. I can’t imagine him doing a lot of the games.
The first celebrity gladiator was surely Sharron Davies anyway!
Hopefully for a skit like you say, Could be for Comic Relief or Children in Need couldn’t it, they often film something for that 😬

Gladiators is actually owned by Amazon/MGM. They licence it out to Hungry Bear and Live Nation (and other companies around the world).

The tour is nothing to do with the tv show.

When we went to the live tour the food was awful in Manchester. Disorganised, overpriced, charging people and telling them to come back and then they’d run out. Although I guess that was the arena not the tour company!

viper was there competing today I have read. They were all there as they filmed the opening credits today and the walk on bits. Someone even said Bionic was there today.
Then what is going on?! It’s all very strange. I wonder if there is the main roster of Gladiators and so may make appearances if there are injuries etc. The American Gladiators did that a lot in rhe 90s.

I imagine the tour company sign up the ones who have been on the last tv show so they’ve got them booked in immediately. I would assume next year if there is a tour it would only be with current gladiators, not bringing any back who haven’t been seen in the latest tv series

Having looked at her IG and seeing how little body fat she has now, would she even have been good for any of the events? She's obviously lean, but you'd lose strength in the process no?

Oh I agree - the Hair is truly awful. It could be nice…. he’s tall with lovely dark hair and he’s not got an unattractive face but what in God‘s name makes him persist with that hairstyle?

The USA Gladiators 2026 only had 3 events and the eliminator. After watching both shows I found the USA one was more entertaining and less edited, UK one is definitely not as intense. Still Legend is our family favourite.

I didn't go anywhere near the merch stand...£7 for a bottle of Coke Zero and a bag of Randoms stung a bit🤣 we took our own sandwiches in and it was just as well as they'd sold out of pizza by the time we were hungry and the chicken nuggets and chips looked dry and unappetising! We were glad it finished earlier than last year as it meant the Meadowhell food court was still open for a quick stop on the way home!
My daughter says the chicken and chips was ok! We did take in sandwiches for lunch as well. She got very hangry at about 7.30 so had to get her something.

Is American Gladiators on Amazon yet? When I went to look for it last time it just kept saying "coming soon"
