I’ve really grown to love Legend this series. First series I didn’t really understand his character but he’s rather funny

I think he's the only one who's truly nailed their character.

I really liked Sabre in the first series, she was probably my favourite female Gladiator, but as time has gone on, I've gone off her. She seems really cocky, always wants the camera on her and some of the other female Gladiators are much better at the events than she is...I guess because they're not all just preening and posing.

Looking forward to series 3!

I agree with this. Really liked her in series one, but now she's become really unlikeable, especially after the events. Where Legend's cockiness comes across as good humoured and tongue in cheek, Sabre just comes across as smug and mean.

I have never liked Vogue and last night sealed it! What an absolute joke needing a ladder. How did she not practice somewhere. Its not like the eliminator changes every time.

I agree about Cyclone - she has been an amazing addition to the female roster. Although IMO they are a pretty crap bunch of gladiators in general so wouldn’t take much to stand out

Hammer is also growing on me - they are definitely letting their personalities show more this series.

I’m sure the guy that plays Steel said they can refuse certain events. He said he wouldn’t do Unleashed for example because he has a dodgy ankle? Something like that.

I think the OG gladiators were allowed to go harder. Gauntlet doesn’t work in the new series because the Glads are barely allowed to pin the contenders before Mark yells release at them.

I really don’t like Gauntlet, as you say, the gladiators aren’t allowed to do anything to restrain the contender so it’s just boring watching the same result pretty much every time.

Generally the contenders seem less annoying so far this series I think, it’s nice

It was blatant cheating! Even the celeb special should have a degree of fairness about it.

I really didn't like Suspension Bridge, it's just a worse version of Duel.

They really need to get rid of Viper, he is so, so bad. I've heard he's a lovely person in real life but as a Gladiator he's useless and gives an unfair advantage to whoever he's facing in an event as it's a guarateed max amount of points.

The producers also need to tell Apollo to stop trying to be menacing. I've had bowel movements that have been more dangerous.
