Great first episode. Not completely sold on Destruction at this point as it doesn’t get too exciting until near the end.

I didn’t know Vogue hadn’t posted anything about it online. That is a surprise as I would’ve thought it would be contractual? I wonder if she’s a bit embarrassed by it? Loving the shade Nicola’s thrown by liking that comment.

I do love Gladiators but production aren’t adverse to a bit of riggory to get the result they want - see changing the rules of The Wall for the men’s series two finale so Joe still had a lead over Mus.

I agree Tyler coming in, doing one event and then using points he didn’t earn to get a head start on the eliminator isn’t fair.
Because he’s not playing for Mo. He’s playing for himself so he shouldn’t get Mo’s points.

It’ll be really interesting to see what they do for the next series. It’s just nice to have a show on tv that has a great nod to what family Saturday nights used to be and that all generations can enjoy. With the most delicious thighs

Cyclone is my fave Gladiator. Rounded character, fun to watch and one of the best at the games she plays. 2/2 wins on Everest is pretty impressive at this point.

I wonder what his name/theme will be?

Probably a 'big' name like Titan, Atlas etc.

But would be fun to give him a Scottish theme name, but i am not sure what that would be.

I am now chuckling to myself about him getting stuck with a terrible name like Haggis, Nessie or Bagpipe.

I can’t remember if I’ve said this before, but Hammer is just another big guy in a team of big guys. He doesn’t really offer anything that the others don’t already. He didn’t have the impact last year that Cyclone did as a new addition to the team.

Daily Mail have done an article on him leaving over his gf. Someone has commented saying there is a video of them that’s been shared… if true what an absolute fool.

Especially when he could've just kept quiet about her and continued to work on Gladiators. Because after all, who really cares who he's dating?

Barney is not improving is he, and the eyebrows. the game where they have to bash thru, seems really damaging, not surprised that they are all struggling with the eliminator after that.

I would climb phantom like a tree.

Nitro has always been my fave..... and then we went to rhe live tour and omg Phantom was so nice, especially with the kids..... got me right in the ovaries.

Even though it's for kids... Is it worth a watch for gladiators fans like myself?

I watch it with my 6 year old and I really enjoy it. It’s very much aimed at kids but it’s quite fun seeing the gladiators be a bit less serious and just have some fun. Nitro is a brilliant host on it.
