GK Barry

I only know GK Barry from that terrible tattle "documentary" she did.

She's mentioned a lot that tattle is full of lies. But has not demonstrated any lies.

People did genuinely think bowel bro was faking his cancer due to a history of him lying, taking money and many things he said were lies. It is very suspicious that he was asking for cash on a go fund me while boasting about being a multi millionaire.

Not believing someone who has a history of lying is not a lie.

She said tattle caused multiple suicides, if ofcom did their job they would have found this to breach the broadcasting code.

She should be really ashamed of that whole documentary. Princess Dickson is an open police case, of course the mother is wanting to pass blame. Not appropriate at all to use her for it and they mislead with some of the messages to transform their intent.

So for the record, we are not allowed to use the internet to talk about celebrities, influencers and people who put themselves in the public eye of their own free will
BUT
She can berate people, actual members of the general public online to her massive public platform.
And Tattle you have to actively search to view the content but TikTok is fully shown to everyone on the app if they search for her or not. Right. I get it. Not 🙃

This video about "weird" influencers is the first time I've seen much of GK Barry's content.

It all seems pretty cringe and playing up. All just a character and pretending they don't give a F. Surprised it works tbh.

She was on Sunday brunch last weekend and tattle got a mention.
I see she is still trying to maintain that she wanted to understand both sides perspectives but we know that didn't happen as she only interviewed one Tattler and she was still trying to give off the impression that she met SB when we know that isn't true either.

I’m half way through her podcast with Paul (we need to talk)
I just get really false vibes from her. I just don’t believe anything she says

I harrumphed all the way through it. I had no idea who she was, had to look her up then my ears pricked up when she mentioned tattle. I don't think she came across well, I had never seen her before but she looked so fake and false. Had to explain to oh why I was cross. He thought she was dreadful.

I find it funny that she did the 'documentary' about Tattle yet she has one of the most dead threads. It only gets commented on if she's on some random TV show, her everyday life isnt seen as commenting-worthy at all.

Taken her 4 years to get 20 pages, at times guest could get through a thread a day

It's like she had an agenda. When she went into the jungle one of the first things she mentioned was tattle wasn't it? I didn't watch it but I remember it being mentioned here. Also she said she got loads of attention when she lost weight in the last few years. I never even noticed she lost weight. She looked the same. No one cares about her that much I don't think.

After only seeing her once I think she's a bit of a dull nonentity if I'm honest

If I was her I'd be ashamed of that sorry excuse of a documentary

Now a fully-fledged member of the Loose Women panel, Grace is no stranger to our TV screens – and recently fronted her first BBC documentary Toxic Gossip, about the online forum Tattle Life. And if that wasn’t enough, her debut book_, It’s Giving Life: A Guide To Surviving And Thriving_, is landing on shelves this week.

"
What else would you like to achieve career-wise?

I love doing documentaries. I feel like that’s something I really want to do more of. I’d love to be in my Stacey Dooley era.

She’s gone all out on the ‘we need to talk’ podcast- racism and grape.

It’s hard not to feel the calculation- the BBC documentary, being talked about, then boom in with the sensationalism.

I think she's always in this GK character which isn't who she is at home.

No shade in that, she reminds me of GCSE drama friends I hat when I was 15. I just don't find it funny or entertaining.

Her thread is mostly indifference. Which makes it one of the most brutal on tattle :ROFLMAO:

I really hope the BBC and GK Barry have realised all the damage they've done and in the background are trying to stop another tragedy unfolding that this time they will have been complicit in encouraging and enabling. They should have left this whole story alone.
