Jay is a bully, I will never forget poor Hollys face dropping after being bullied for several weeks straight and when she’s finally at her lowest Jay tells her no one likes her and insults her further

Im surprised Holly lasted that long in the show and even bothered to come back. When they all had a proper go at her over a cigarette when she was drunk, yet nothing was said to Jay who was smoking next to them. It was just a clear targeted bullying tactic. Anything to have a go with her and make her feel even worst.

They are all a bunch of vile uneducated bullies.

As soon as they decided to take the kids on GS that house is no longer the GS house and not in a bad way but kids deserve a level of calm and deserve to live in a clean house! I think Charlotte knows that and holds Alba in high regard and is trying to be a good mum and doesn’t want to clean up after other people kids when it’s Marnie and Casey’s job to clean up after themselves and to respect other people in the house.

I think Jake was not as comfortable as he thought he was gonna be and likes things a certain way but I can’t deny I would be saying the same thing, they are lazy parents and the kids are a nightmare

Also Marnie has always been lazy when cleaning the house, remember when she hid all the dishes in bin bags instead of cleaning and Vicky lost it at her

I skipped season 6, man Marnie was hilarious, she really did shakeup that house. But she was alienated the girls didnt want to hang around with her, so she spent time with the lads instead but the girls still weren't happy with that so ended up making snide comments how she just wants to hang around the lads for attentiom, Holly was the only one to reflect and to actually try include her because she knew how it felt to ostracized and left out.

On season 8, Gaz and Marnie were clearly seeing eachother outside of the house and keeping it on the down low, from the first night theyre kissing and having sex without any build up, then Gary getting jealous and protective over Marnie when Aaron jokingly flirts with her, then Scott getting annoyed because he clearly knows Gary was sleeping with her behind his back and Marnie is lying straight to Scotts face that he is the one she would date and not Gaz, even though Scott is a moron but he isn't an idiot, he knows she's seeing Gaz. Also, they were fighting like a couple, being found cuddled on the couch together when people came back from work like a couple. Also on the night when the lads made the pact to not pull anyone from the house that night, and to only pull a new bird from the club, conveniently Marnie knows about the plan! Cut to Marns and Gaz tashing on and then back at home to have sex and cuddle.

I think the reason why Gaz reacted that way he did with Marnie, and was being everything Charlotte wanted him to be is because Gaz met his match with Marnie, she didn't have the self image issues and the constant desperation of wanting to be loved that Char has. She liked her bit of fun with him but did not give him the reaction he clearly wanted and wouldn't be obsessed with him like Char was/is and had no problem ending it, that clearly bothered him because he knows she doesn't actually care about his feelings, just like how Gary never actually cared about Charlotte's feelings. She even laughs about it with Scott and says "Gary doesn't have feelings you already know that" and Scott agrees with her. He also can't play the "you know i love you to bits" card with her because she isnt like Charlotte she would tell him to fuck off and shag his best mate. He truly met his match with her.

Anyways, im thinking of quitting my day job and pursuing an education in History specialising in Geordie shore. But seriously now that i'm much older than when i first watched this show, i see things through different eyes and pick up on stuff much better.

All of the girls are frightened by her, everyone would be stepping on egg shells around her. She’s a vile bully who acted like mother Hen in the house and the other girls who are quite frankly thick had an idea that she was much smarter than everyone else simply because she knew a big word every now and then.

During the big birthday bash you could see it in Charlottes face when it’s mentioned every one is coming back and she was like “fucking hell please don’t let Vicky come back”

Even during season 2 when Becca came in, she simply didn’t like the girl because she was younger thinner and got the fellas attention. When James was having a chat with Becca he mentions no one likes her but is too afraid to say anything cause she’s a fucking nightmare and will make your life hell. She called Becca a slag and all the names under the sun, whilst shagging Ricci in the next room whilst her boyfriend is at home clueless as to what’s going.

It’s quite telling that most girls in the house but her are still friends and are regularly seen going out and doing things together.

Someone also on a previous thread I partook in knew Vicky and knew she did acting courses and with her acting she knew when to act soft and gentle to manipulate people into being on her side. There’s two sides to her, the funny cheerful and soft Geordie and the real her who is manipulative and mean.

At first I thought Jake was a bit much with what he said and Charlotte running about cleaning for him, but then I thought, nah I'd feel the same if that mess was left lying about every night, especially food all over the sofa and floor. I feel sorry for Marnies kids, she's was away filming for large periods of time and I suspect using adhd as an excuse for lack of parenting. If he's being full on with the younger kids, that's fine, he's a toddler but you'd expect a parent to point out correct or redirect his attention. I get the impression Jake and Charlotte were more frustrated with the lack of parenting and responsibility from Marnie and Casey rather than Rox's behaviour.

Chloe isn’t a nice person, she watched Holly beg to go home but wasn’t allowed during Greece and watched her be emotionally abused and slagged off by someone she loved. Then hops into bed with the him the second she gets the chance. I just couldn’t trust someone like that she cares for the attention of men over female friendship.

She’s also weird when it comes to men. Even though I knew Scott should’ve told her to fuck off. Chloe still shouldn’t have sucked him off knowing full well Scott was far more interested in Chantelle than he ever was with her and Chantelle was obviously thinking of getting with him. That entire season she was crying about how she loves Scott then the second Marty walks in she forgets about him and is now in love with Marty.

She also kept running back to Marty even though he said terrible stuff to her. She clearly has issues with men and is desperate for every man to fancy her. If anyone I was interested in called me a “Fat ugly cunt” like Marty did to Chloe. They’re getting a shoe to the face. Not running back to his bed and sucking him off.

Even though Chantelle is a chavvy prick, she did tell Chloe the truth about Marty and how he’s only using her for air time and is using her as a last resort. Chloe plays nice and agrees with Chantelle. Then when confronted about it Chloe conveniently forgets everything Chantelle said and wouldn’t stick up for Chantelle when Marty has a go at her. Then Chantelle leaves and everything she said happens in the next episode. She also was the only one to say something to Holly when Kyle fucked Chloe in Australia.

It’s one of the reasons I believe Chantelle didn’t get along with the rest of them because she didn’t believe in lying to everyone’s face and being two faced she kept telling everyone the truth. Like she was made to be the bad guy when she kissed Gary even though it was Gary who never bothered to care about Charlotte when she lost his baby and had to get emergency surgery. Why was she the fucking villain? Charlotte never made an effort to be Chantelle’s friend and Gary supposedly loved Charlotte with all his heart. Yet the girl who barely knew Charlotte was the villain in the story. Then fat arse Sophie gets angry with Chantelle for kissing Gaz yet plays best buddies with Gaz over the next few episodes. Ugh cunt.

There’s something wrong with her for real. She is disturbed in the head and violent. I still can’t believe she didn’t get thrown off the show for dragging Zahida around by the hair and slamming her face and head into the ground. She could’ve easily been killed by Chloe if Marnie and security didn’t drag her off.

Chloe ruined GS for me, she plays up to the cameras so much

Chloe was way better when she wasn’t the star of the show. As soon as the main girls like Charlotte, Holly, Marnie etc. left she was shoved into the spotlight and became unbearable.

That being said I still find it ridiculous that she only got a slap on the wrist for assaulting Zahida, she should’ve been removed for the rest of the season at the bare minimum.

See I understand your point of view too, but I genuinely think she just wanted to be friends when he'd got with Kate and couldn't understand why he was acting so different towards her. I felt for her then, because he was constantly saying he only wanted a worldie and pretty much said Holly wasn't good enough for him, which must have messed with her head.

In terms of of a man acted that way to a woman, I get your point entirely. I think most of the people on geordie shore act in inappropriate ways tbh, jumping in to bed and touching each other in sexual ways etc when minutes before they've been screaming at each other

Holly was saying she wanted to be friends when sober but flirted inappropriately while drunk. She even grabbed his package at one point and James looked horrified. That’s completely unacceptable. I really think she made a mess of her relationship with James and he couldn’t really be friends with her. If James had been friendly to her she’d try to grab his d*^k again or something mad while drunk Couldn’t trust her. I respected James for not being obsessed with “bucking” randoms every night like pathetic Gaz.

Most of the time I felt very sorry for Holly. She went in and grated on everyone’s nerves. Cheated on her bf the first night, and came in all guns blazing but she was very young and daft you could see pretty quickly she was starting to feel remorseful and lost. I felt sorry for her because she didn’t know how to be anymore. You could see it happening as the series progressed. Then she went through a really fake phase for a few seasons of acting thick to be cute. Pretending not to know things on the VC. It was fake. For attention and irritating to watch.

The Kyle era was the hardest watch though. What he said about her was so disgusting. I think it was the worst exchange on the show, worse than any Gaz/Char moments. I don’t know why she continued to talk to him after that, not to mention try again.

That’s why I loved Marnie and Chantelle coming in. They could give the lads as good as they got. I’ve never seen Gaz so startled. He couldn’t handle Marnie at all. He wanting Marnie begging him like Char. He also meddled with Aaron and Marnie getting together initially because hr was a jealous brat! I think it was horrible and sneaky the way he blackmailed Aaron into feeling Marnie was a no go. Remember the famous “lad code” drama with Scotty T in the triangle too. The other girls were rubbish at outsmarting the lads.

I also think Holly was a very good loyal friend to Charlotte the whole time and it wasn’t always reciprocated. I thought it wasridiculous when Kyle left Greece breaking up with Holly and Char was having a go at her for not having fun. Straight after a big break up!? Holly spent hours listening to Char cry over Gaz. I couldn’t believe how nasty Charlotte was, I even wondered if stuff was happening off camera because I didn’t think she was that cruel usually.

Always felt Sophie and Holly battled to be Char’s best friend. But Holly and Sophie didn’t seem that close? The series in Spain when Charlotte is missing after she breaks up with Gaz (think it was around the pregnancy?) Holly and Sophie don’t seem to talk that much. Sophie even says Char Gaz anc herself call themselves the GS tripod. You can tell Gary never really cared about Holly either. I felt sorry for Holly. I don’t know how she stuck it all out tbh. Did I pick that up wrong?

I was just thinking about him the other day. I always quite liked him in GS.

He didn't look great at the reunion. He looked really tired and worn out which is worrying, so I'm wondering if he has had some issues.

I always think of ‘mans just done a white wash’ when it kicked off and his washing was hanging up he was deffo the funniest with the one liners - now he’s just on the lines

It’s the same as Chloe Brockett and loads of others like Vicky Pattison. They’re violent louts but somehow this is forgotten because they’re allegedly adding to the entertainment. Never mind that they are showing violence and aggression has no consequences to these braindead fans.

I’m always surprised that Vicky got mainstream work for a while and is considered better/above the other Geordie shore cast, she had some great one liners, but she was vile and a bully.

• Does anyone else find Nathan SO irritating - he's not even one of the originals yet he is constantly going on about 'FAMILY,' 'we're one biG f*cked up FAMILY,' 'part of the FAMILY,' 'FAMILY dinner' - like shut up!!

• The constant 'We have no idea who is gonna show up' - Yes, you do.

• I don't get why Holly feels she needs closure and answers from Chloe & Kyle. Honestly - it's been 8 years, she was never even close friends with Chloe, and Holly was literally weeks from getting married whilst on the show. What is the point of knowing?! Was it going to change anything?!

• Was that Chico, as in X Factor Chico at the spiritual retreat?!

• Why was Amelia Lily there? She added nothing to the show.

• Did we really need to be subjected to Jay & James dressed as butlers?

• Who is Louis?! I don't remember him on the show at all.

• Bethan & Ricci would have made a very toxic couple.
