Tbf, it didn't really pan out in teaching as there is an ongoing shortage of PGCE recruits and a massive attrition rate in the first few years. Michael Gove's attempts to reform teacher recruitment just made it worse.
A couple of minor updates from the NE terven heartland:
1) Sainsbury’s on the Team Valley have done away with the pride bunting as you enter the store - which is kind of weird, considering it has just been the big NE pride weekend
2) T K Maxx are sticking with their rather half-hearted, “well I suppose if we absolutely have to, this will do” effort, which is strategically positioned so as to be invisible to anyone who approaches from anything other than the very furthest row of the car park. 99% of people entering the store wouldn’t see it

Happened in my place of work too, us older and experienced staff were replaced with newly qualified and younger employees. Our union couldn't have cared less.
I detest Trump, but surely liking him, or agreeing with him on an issue isn’t illegal? Why do they keep brining that up? Yep they did they brought in some of his facebook posts where he had apparently quoted some Trump fan posts to his facebook page. I think he even gave evidence...They dragged something about her husband and his (possible) views in too, if memory serves me correctly. I don't understand why that is allowed.

It sure sounds like this, although having watched him give evidence earlier this year I can say that he was the most condescending, man I have ever seen. I must look out the observations I made from the previous hearing. He was not presenting as a shrinking violet cry baby or even vaguely emotional. So instead of saying something like Caster Semaya was born intersex, we need to say Caster Semaya was born gender identity!
Despite their appearances, I don't think we need to second guess the biological sex of the other two next to him.
