Every single witness so far has referred to Big Theo as he/him. I hope he's going make notes and then complain about being misgendered...oh.

They dragged something about her husband and his (possible) views in too, if memory serves me correctly. I don't understand why that is allowed. 🤷‍♀️
Same reason as they bring up sexual partners in grape trials. To smear the person and make you think 'if they do that then they could definitely have done this'.

Me neither. She's not responsible for his views (whatever they are) and his posts.
And why were they even looking at his social media. Talk about barrel scraping. It was crazy that it was allowed to be discussed and used as yet another pathetic gotcha at Sandie.

I read somewhere that the judge said Dr Upton is to be referred to as he/him, can't remember why again?

I think Naomi / Sandie's team fought for that to be the case - that he would be referred to correctly.

Employment Judge Sandy Kemp rejected an NHS Fife request to impose an order on Sandie Peggie, which would have prevented her from using male pronouns or terms to refer to Beth Upton, a doctor who identifies as a transgender woman.

NHS Fife had argued that both the “sex and gender” of Dr Upton are female and that allowing ‘misgendering’ would amount to unlawful harassment. However, the judge ruled that compelling Ms Peggie and her legal team to use terms they consider “inaccurate” would be unfair.

Today's witness seems to have more of a clue, although the bar is very low here:

Yeah I went back on to sex Matters & its to so with the court being impartial & not favouring one side or the other. He didn't get to remain anonymous either much as he wanted to. There's even an admission that patients misgender him all the time, he's used to male privilege and being pandered to. The sheer gall of an adult female nurse taking him on legally must be making his wee dainty biological male brain want to explode.

And this is a new accusation, also coming from Kate Searle - not just that Sandie "didn't like the smell of curry" but that she'd been racist to a doctor.

I am definitely looking forward to KS's cross examination!

Isn't Kate Searle x-exam tomorrow afternoon? Got the day off, will abandon the house renovation and get some snacks in.

Nearly time for a new thread. Are we having a title whilst the Tribunal is on again? If so, what about:

Indeed.

By the time I've dithered about wondering which lavvies I ought to be using in accordance with the SC ruling, I've usually wet myself. (I've never needed to put one leg up on a bridge, fence, wall, public bench, whatever in order to do it, either. Does this mean I'm not a woman?)
It's so difficult to rooster one's leg in a Chanel suit. Confusion is inevitable.
