I thought you meant the other poster. I can’t link to it because it will mean an instant ban but he’s hopped on an “associated but not associated” forum complaining about the mean gender discussion thread and how he was only trying to explain and he can’t see why everyone was so nasty and uneducated about what he was saying 😢😢😢
And had someone very patiently explain where he had gone wrong. Then flounced again, from what I can see.

I keep seeing tweets saying JK has stopped tweeting and deleted tweets because of the court case with the boxer - are we thinking she really is just on holiday?
She’s definitely on holiday. And she hasn’t deleted any boxer tweets.

She’s definitely on holiday. I really don’t think Imane’s potential litigation would stop her tweeting. At most she would tweet about other stuff and not him. Look how she was with Police Scotland when their new hate crime law came in - and that was ‘criminal’ law rather than civil.

I don’t think she’s worried, I’m not worried for her either.

I do worry sometimes about being on the organ donation register. I want my organs to help save lives, not fulfill the fetish of some of the sickest men 🤢 is there any risk of this in the uk, does anyone know?

Surely lab-grown or some kind of artificial skin would be more closely aligned with the cyber punk aesthetic. Is cadaver-derived the same thing as appropriately consented tissue donation? And are recipients fully aware of the lifelong implications and health risks of transplanted organs?

As someone who does not aspire to be thought of as bleeping cool/ cyberpunk, I can't help but think this may have an adverse effect on people signing up to be donors and reproduction.
It's one thing wearing suede gloves (unless vegan), but expecting a chap to dip his wick in a tina fashioned from the skin of a corpse would be a very deflating experience for most.

I've opted out. I'll be buggered if they're getting my bits.

I would definitely opt out completely if the UK ever start using our organs to ‘affirm’ these men. Bet it would thrill them even more if they knew their donors were women 🤢

I can, with all certainty, say she’s on holiday.

I hope that this case has traction because presumably the counter claim is to make the boxer prove he is actually a natal female.

Why???
"The organisers of Portsmouth Pride have received a major cash boost from Arts Council England (ACE) for when it hosts UK Pride in 2025.
The £64,000 of funding marks the largest single injection of financial support in the organisation’s history and will enable it to deliver a memorable event for what is one of the LGBTQ+ community’s national flagship events.
The Portsmouth team also want it to drive a legacy that will influence the city’s LGBTQ+ cultural landscape long after.
With the bid successfully secured, the organisation is poised to deliver a year of projects along with a focussed week of activity, and flagship event that will aim to showcase the vibrancy and diversity of the LGBTQ+ community, not just in Portsmouth but across the UK.
The funding will be used to showcase a diverse line-up of national-profile LGBTQ+ artists, as well as providing opportunities for local artists to develop their skills, build confidence, and perform on a national stage.
Organisers will also keep it accessible to all – it will be free, unfenced, and open to everyone in the city."

The verdict in Tickle vs Giggle is due at 9am Sydney time on Friday - think that's midnight in the UK. Everything crossed for Sall Grover.
