Where the fucking hell was the outrage in parliament when a serving policeman lured a woman off the street under the pretence of being arrested and kidnapped and murdered her - breaking every single bit of trust in the police women had, confirming that we aren’t safe anywhere

This is political point scoring they can fuck right off. Apologise for what?! I’m so annoyed man, what does he want an apology for?! As much as I dislike Rishi, he didn’t say anything defamatory he said a scientific fact

Can we come up with a term other than "transgender" for people like this? As I've said before, I've known a few transgender people in the past and none of them have looked or acted like this. In fact, I think they must be horrified at what's going on now.
Yeah I have a term we can use. Let’s call them “men”. All of them.

Just a few of the 99 women and girls murdered at the hands of men in 2023. Where are their apologies for the failure to recognise and educate men on abuse and VAWG?
Where the fuck are their families invites to parliament

I don’t post much or come on this thread a lot as I find it quite overwhelming with how active it is. But I just wanna say that it is so nice to come here and read posts from like minded women. I’ve had to unfollow so many ‘feminist’ pages on social media today and I’m feeling so fed up but this thread is like a comfort blanket to me, reassuring me that I’m not alone in my beliefs ❤

Obviously I don’t believe for a second that Brianna was a girl. But he was an extremely vulnerable young person who was murdered. I think that Sunak’s “joke” - particularly in light of the fact that he made it in front of a grieving mother, was spectacularly fucking tacky.
No, Brianna’s Mum is now wanting controls around the Internet.
The same Mum who must have ok'ed the very sexualised clothing and photos posted from school.
What happened to Brianna is dreadful, but the Mum allowed the clothing and social media content too.
Brianna was male, awful as it is, he didn't change sex and I never use opposite sex pronouns.

It was an Usborne book about mental health for teenagers which gave my child the idea they were the wrong gender 😭. I had never even heard the term gender disphoria before they proudly announced that was what they had, then I looked in the book and there it was.

(Only using they here as I want to be as anonymous as possible)
I used to love Usborne puzzles when my girls were
little so this is very sad.
I saw this today and it's so fucking true

God I'm so sick of all this.
I've signed up to support with running and participating in a girls walking group designed for girls (normally in their 20s/30s) to meet other girls as a way to combat loneliness and make new friends. I've been nervously anticipating when the TQIA+ group would rear their heads cos you know, it's too exclusive to have 'girls' in the title. And lo and behold we've had a trans girl ask if they're 'welcome'. Sorry to be a dick but no I don't want to be around a biological man in an activity aimed at girls. But of course, I've had to keep quiet whilst the others have openly welcomed him into the group. Can we not have anything that's just for us? It really grinds my gears because if I was to approach a trans/queer+ community and try to join I can guarantee I'd be turned away, yet it's inconceivable that we cannot have the same rules? Why does everything need to be inclusive?

I must be honest. I don’t want any men in female only spaces. I honestly don’t care what bits they have or haven’t got, how well they pass or anything else. They all have XY chromosomes and don’t belong there. It’s always women that have to give, while men take.

In the Town near us I noticed one of the round manhole covers in the middle of the road is painted in a rainbow

What the fuck for?
Manhole? Do you have any idea how traumatising it is to have your hole misgendered?
Surely the rainbow means that the hole is self identifying as a non binary orifice?

Was just saying to my husband earlier two teenage boys have been charged with the murder of two boys last weekend. I don't even know the names of the victims. What happened to Brianna was horrific, absolutely gut wrenchingly horrific but teenagers are killing teenagers all the fucking time. Why is this murder deemed to be so much more awful than them? I bet if I asked a random sample of 100 people the name of the 15 year old girl who was stabbed on her way to school last year by a fragile male who had been told no, I reckon about 15 people could tell me. But I bet in excess of 90 of them could name Brianna.
Some lives seem to be worth more than others.

I'm sorry but any 4 year old who believes they are the opposite sex haven't come to that conclusion themselves. That is a seed planted by the parents. The fact that he is now taking his penis out and showing it to other 7/8 year olds in a a confined space like a girls bathroom is a serious red flag for childhood sexual abuse. The fact that he is transgender shouldn't mean that these red flags get ignored. He needs to be suspended from school to protect other children and socials services need to be involved.

I do find it interesting she has taken the route of general teen mental health rather than some sort of trans activism campaign. She’s clearly affirmed Brianna but has she ever spoke out specifically about ‘trans hate’ ?
---

Outrage at forcing the ‘outing’ of trans people is hilarious. They love nothing more than to tell the whole world they are trans, with their trans flag emojis, announcing pronouns on their emails, name badges, social media bios, awareness days, weeks and months. Celebrating being ‘the first transgender person’ to do xyz, who is always a man in a female category btw, never a trans identified female in a male category.

- Transgender History Month
- International Transgender Day of Visibility
- International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia
- International Non-Binary People’s Day
- Pride Month (I know this is for LGB but has definitely been hijacked by trans)
- Transgender Awareness Week
- Trans Day of Remembrance

Oh and we even have an ‘international pronouns day’ now!! Fuck off!!

Not that I’ve noticed. I also heard the fathers comments on the Daily Mail podcast where he was explaining that although Brianna went as female when he was murdered, the majority of their memories as a family were with their son, he basically told people not to come for him for deadnaming his child as the boys name was the one he had for the majority of his life. It was really sad to listen to, I think they’ve possibly had some flak from TRAs for discussing their own child. Can you imagine losing your child in such a horrific way and having to be careful how you referred to them in case nut jobs on the internet decided you were wrong. Shocking!

I agree with this.
Seen in London today, no idea how it got there...

I heard there's around 30 of them deposited today, many in London Bridge Station, but it's probably just crazy Internet rumours 😉

Brianna Ghey’s mother has called for the government to stop children having access to social media apps on smartphones, calling the internet the "Wild West". She would like a law which introduces separate mobile phones for adults and under 16s. I would totally support that.
unpopular opinion but reading between the lines Brianna was a difficult young person, dressing totally inappropriately at school in shortskirts, thigh high stockings etc.

Did they deserve what happened? NO. god know.

but better parenting, Monitoring of social media activity, not being totally indulgent to their Lolita-girl persona could have led to a different outcome. Greys mother needs to step away and grieve rather than crusading against an insidious media culture they allowed their vulnerable child to be a part of

I've said it before but we need to stop grouping these men into 'genuine' and not. They are all pretending to be something they are not. It is IMPOSSIBLE to judge who is 'genuine' or not so all of them need to be kept out of our spaces. You are either mentally ill and need support or you are a pervert. I frankly don't care. You cannot be born in the wrong body.

If they called it chemical castration, genital mutilation and double mastectomy instead of gender affirming care people might be less keen to make children go through it.

I wonder how many politicians met the family of Elianne Andam? Oh that’s right, none. Because she was just a boring black girl and that doesn’t earn you cool points. Black Lives Matter? if they don’t make political capital, they really don’t.

I'm a lurker to this thread but I kind of need to vent anonymously somewhere!

My fwb has become really taken by being fucked by a trans woman - but claims it'd be just about being fucked by someone feminine and not about the dick, apparently he's completely straight. Naturally, as I'm here, the idea just does not do it for me and I'm starting to look at him and wonder if he's actually as straight as he claims to be. I don't care if he is a bit bi but the idea of him being fucked by a trans woman is a total turn off.
Why a trans woman and not you pegging him if it’s not about the dick?
Now there’s a sentence I never thought I’d type.
