I wonder, if Brianna had been a biological female, killed in the same way, would India be so posting about it so passionately?
Or at all?
Says a lot really.
Just another example of where they twist their ideology to suit their agenda.

Trans women are women but when Brianna was killed it’s a hate crime against a trans person and not once have any of them tried to say it’s violence against women and girls (which it isn’t of course, but if you follow their ideology, this should be their argument!) and like you say, they do not ever stand up to violence against women and girls despite claiming TWAW? (And of course we know that’s because THEY are part of the violence against women and girls)

When a transgender criminal is convicted the headlines and articles don’t often say they are transgender. But when they are a victim it’s the main identifier and it must be made very clear that the person was transgender.

Their rules are made up as they go along depending on how it benefits their community.

This is fucking disgusting 😤 but it proves that men are considered more important than women who are suffering.
How the NHS/government can justify gender reassignment surgery when they won't operate on FGM survivors is absolutely beyond me.

Let's make some Franken-genitals that will require daily dilation and potentially multiple ops because they aren't meant to exist, to appease the mentally ill but not help women live a normal life without pain.

Although I don't know why I'm suprised, women's health care has always been the lowest priority.

I went on Tommystillgotaknob's Instagram and it's just very odd. There's definitely not a great tuck on this bikini photo and he's linked an article about pronouns that sounds like something from a dystopian novel, how they can expect someone to use these words I have no clue! I can get understand he, she, they, but this is gobbledegook! View attachment 2654816View attachment 2654817
If someone tells me they’ve got no pronouns I’m just going to refer to them as “that cunt over there” 🤣

As women and girls we have always been told to be vigilant or something bad will happen. We know it’s patronising at best, controlling and victim blaming at worst but infuriatingly enough, experience has shown us there is truth in it. Don’t dress revealing- you might get raped. Don’t accept lifts from strange men- you might get abducted. Don’t accept drinks from strangers- you might get spiked. Don’t walk at night- you might get murdered. We have learned that we must use our eyes, ears, brains and spidey senses in order to not be harmed by men. We have learned that if we are vulnerable the predators will attack. Why then, now, are we to be expected to go against our innate instincts? Swallow down our fears, mute those blaring alarm bells and ignore what our eyes, ears, brains and spidey senses are telling us? That there is a man in places we are vulnerable- toilets, changing rooms, rape crisis centre, prison cell, hospital ward. We are expected to forget our history, agency, experience and our safety so the TiM doesn’t get his feelings hurt. And they want us to be vilified by society, lose our jobs and even be punished by law if we don’t comply with their fantasy. It’s ludicrous what is being demanded of us.

I really don't understand why this appears to be a priority when it caters to a very small percentage of the population.

I see a lot of shouting about "trans healthcare". You would think this means general access to healthcare, which of course everyone in the UK is entitled to. But often it actually means access to hormones, surgery, and other cosmetic treatments. All things that can be privately funded as they are elective. Choosing to have a double mastectomy because you want to be a man and want a flat chest should not fall to the NHS.

Wording is very important. Notice how TRAs wrap up elective treatments and surgeries as "healthcare". It's a deliberate attempt to garner sympathy.

So far every episode of the new era (4 episodes) has had or has mentioned a trans character. RT Davies has said there are more to come and he’s already cast a TIF.
———————-
Just seen this 😲
.
There's a great comment under that article:

"Trans surgery has a 100% fail rate.
No one has ever, in the history of the World, ever "transitioned" from male to female sex or vice versa.
It is an absolute con trick simply designed to enable perverted Doctors to make a fortune from genitally mutilating children.
They even call it nice names to hide the truth:
"Top surgery" means BREAST MUTILATION and no breast feeding of a child ever.
"Bottom surgery" means CASTRATION (of penis and balls) leaving the child unable to pass urine properly and unable to ever have an orgasm in their entire life.
"Hormone therapy" means chemical CASTRATION
"Gender affirmation surgery" means surgical GENITAL MUTILATION
Don't accept the con trick
Don't accept their con trick language
It is a complete scam.
Advertise it as it is "get your GENITAL MUTILATION here" and see how many children fund that attractive."

The Guardian using a 15 year old to give their view on the new school guidance

I was always very masculine when I was growing up telling my mum I didn’t want to wear dresses, but I didn’t have the words to explain what I felt until I was 11. That year I came out as a trans boy to my family.

Can they really not see the issue with that paragraph? That because a girl under the age of 11 didn’t want to wear dresses, and felt masculine, she came to the conclusion she was a boy. ‘Came out’ at 11? FFS.
I actually can not stop thinking about this. They are sending this girl down the path of bodily mutilation and hormones for her whole life all because she didn't want to wear dresses. How is this a kindness!?? How can people not see how fucking insane this all is.

I didn't like dresses as a child, my mum would force me to wear them and not want me to play when I had them on. She wanted a doll not a daughter. From the ages of 10 onwards until I was 22 I hated my fucking body, to an unreal level. But guess what, I wasn't trans. I am not born in the wrong body. I am a biological woman and that is the reality of my situation.

I just can't help but think of all the children's lives being absolutely destroyed because some mentally ill adults need affirmation for the way they choose to live their lives. Your validation should never need to come from children. They are not responsible for your well being. It's actually such a Narc trait.

How many of this children are abused?? Does that go out the window as soon as the trans word is mentioned?? Because all we do is affirm now, we don't question why people are dissociating from their bodies??

It's just fucking mental!! Who is profiting off this!??

My daughter has Turner Syndrome, which means she has only 1 X Chromosome instead of 2, has non-functioning ovaries and her uterus would not be able to carry a pregnancy.

A few years ago, some people were trying to convince her that she was intersex, and therefore could identify as either male or female.
She shut them down, saying "No, I was a girl, I am now a woman".

I'm not sure what point I'm trying to make, but it absolutely boils my piss that idiots like Jonathan Yaniv can claim to be intersex with no Chromosome disorder or physical genital disorder (Apart from chopping his genitals off) and escape any kind of meaningful punishment or retribution for the harm they cause to others while also giving people false ideas of what these conditions actually mean, and then there's Jeffery Creepyteeth constantly hinting for kids to go no contact and have him as their family.

Ooooh I'm cross

Yes and in the ladies loos in colleges and unis there are posters telling girls not to question a person if they look like they shouldn’t be in there. Basically the complete opposite of the message we’ve been told our whole lives - speak up if someone makes you uncomfortable or if you don’t feel safe. We’ve just to swallow that down now. There is a poster in my works loo saying something similar which I mentioned here before. I’m desperate to tear it down (but haven’t).

In other news, someone put a poster promoting my works pride support group which has the pride progress flag all over it, right next to my desk. In a moment of rebellion and when no one was in my office with me, I took it down and popped it in the shredder 👍😇

I’m sure the world would be a much better place if a lot more people were just told “No!”
So many overindulged kids and adults that just need a short sharp dose of reality.
For a small example, I needed to pop to the supermarket. My kids hate going as it’s “the most boring place ever” but I gave them the alternative choice of food that I had in the fridge (leftovers!) and they decided that yes, we do need to go, even if they didn’t want to.
I would have made my life so much easier if I just handed them my phone so they could zone out into YouTube but it wasn’t going to kill them to help me pick some things off the shelves.

I’m not a perfect parent but I’m really drumming it into them that life is boring/annoying/a bit shit sometimes, but you have to suck it up and get on with it! And you can turn into a phone zombie, but you still need to deal with life no matter how much you don’t want to!

My kids have it so easy compared to so many and I never want them to loose sight of that ❤

I cannot believe they’ve lit up the liver building. Yet poor Ashley Dale gets massacred in her own home in Liverpool and all she got was “she knew what she was getting into”

As for the headteachers response, if it was a bio girl who was known for rolling her skirt up and wearing knee high socks I’m damn sure it wouldn’t be remembered fondly.

Mid-40s here and have always needed to use research based on data analysis of health inequalities in my work. I peaked when I found it hard to rationalise the idea of having figures for women and men deliberately skewed by not coming up with an adequate system for recording the experiences and health needs of trans people, then realising the ripple effect at a population level - ethically it's up there with evidence tampering in legal cases for me. They are people's lives, not just numbers on a page, and not collecting accurate sex-based clinical data is more likely to cause death or have life-limiting consequences than not having your inner fantasy life externally validated to your ever-shifting specifications. Ironically, at first I thought we were short-changing trans people by not affording them the respect of inclusion in a scientifically-competent way, but it soon became clear from the ones shouting loudest that that respect didn't go both ways.

I'm heartened to see NHSers here on these threads. I find it really difficult to understand how someone can work in a scientific field without having any knowledge of why evidence-based practice is important and needs to be protected. Same energy as my friend with a doctorate in English Literature somehow misreading JK Rowling's essay. You do meta-textual analysis day in day out but such a simple message went over your head? I find it really hard to comprehend.

As a feminist brought up in the trade union movement, I think 'be kind' is shorthand for 'be compliant', and I think that the huge comeback in pink-blue stereotyping is regressive and harmful. I think TRAs actively harm women by encouraging vawg, and reducing our agency, and when women are harmed, it's the women who are already disproportionately discriminated against who are impacted worst of all - standing against this is what intersectional feminism means to me. And don't get me started on safeguarding - in sport, in schools, in care homes, in hospitals, in refuges...

Merry Terfmas, and stay angry ✊️

I wonder if any of them have noticed that Brianna’s own parents have not even commented on transphobia/hate crime. And Brianna’s mother is working hard to improve overall mental health in schools, it’s not even anything specifically related to trans kids.

I don’t agree with parents affirming their children, but I can see the pressure to do so and how they can be completely stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I saw a post in the Caroline Hirons skin care Facebook group today, a mother saying her 14 year old daughter is trans (on the path to being a boy or wtte) and was asking about skincare for hormonal teens. Tbh I don’t even know why she needed to mention her child is transgender. Anyway straight away a couple of people jumped in to ‘kindly advise’ her on her language, not to use daughter, signposted her to mermaids. Lots of ‘care’ reactions and you’re a wonderful mother comments. God it’s so infuriating! I left the group, I’m not interested in being a group with such nonsense and I’m not interested in getting into arguments on Facebook either.

The trouble is, it's not as vanishingly rare as you imagine for transpeople to pass. And if you're excluding people on their appearance then you risk discriminating against other demographics of women, particularly older women and Black women, who are already marginalised. Who gets to say who's feminine enough to be allowed in?
You are completely out of line to invoke Black women in this post. Absolutely outrageous.

This is the kind of thing I NEVER see from the GC side, it’s only activists for a certain cause and “be kind” types who show themselves in this way.

Bang out of order. The only person here who has raised the idea there might be a question over Black women’s womanhood is YOU, in an effort to justify men claiming they’re women.

And WE are the ones who need to educate ourselves. Unbelievable.

I've just been sent this when I questioned asexual.
I thought it was no sexual feelings, but apparently not, it's an umbrella term and this.
Oh do sod off.
I’ve said it before on here, but as someone who has zero interest in sex and never has, I agree. I don’t want a bloody label and I dion‘t feel I have anything in common with the alphabet soup gang. It’s private, it’s personal. It’s not something I’d discuss with anyone IRL and I’m perfectly happy as I am. I don’t want some weird made up word and bloody flag to describe me. They can sod off indeed with the self obsessed bollocks.

The bbc seems to have a trans quota where they can’t go more than 2 hours without mentioning queer theory or non binary identity or similar. It’s SO BORING.

This woman is unbelievably self absorbed. Why does she think anyone cares? It’s pathetic

It saddens me to think that these young people walk on Earth, a planet filled with beauty and wonder, and yet they see no further than the end of their own nose. When I was her (their 🥴) age, I was drinking, smoking and chasing boys. I loved nightclubs, Top Shop and The Stranglers. I also borrowed books from the library and learmed about astronomy and physics, about how far away the stars actually are, about how time slows down the faster you travel. About Mars, about quarks, about million year old rocks here on Earth, about how my local foxes are evolving with different facial structures to enable them to open wheely bins with their snouts.....life is just so fascinating and interesting, why spend so much time worrying about your "gender identity"? Honestly dear, no-one fucking cares. 🙄

Ultimately, I'm never going to say that trans women aren't women because I don't believe that.
And, as they say, science is true whether or not you believe it. 😁

It's interesting when women say that they "believe" that TWAW, it's like they know deep down that it's not true. Like children believing in Santa, or fairies, it's a little fantasy that makes us feel warm and safe when we're young, and I wonder if the handmaidens "believe" for similar reasons? They don't want to know that men pretend to be women to gain power over us, to beat us at sports, to make us feel uncomfortable, to walk all over our rights. The don't understand the hatred for women that these men have, they don't realise that they're laughing at us. I honestly can't believe that in this age of scientific knowledge, where we have populated another planet with our robots, where we have invented vaccines for serious diseases, where we have contraception, brain surgery, electric cars and indoor plumbing, we're actually being expected to believe that a man in a dress is perfectly entitled to enter a women's sporting competition, win it, be lauded for his efforts, and be recognised as a woman? If you'd said this, even 10 years ago, you'd have been laughed out of town.
