Do you think that the players you're suspicious about have intentionally transitioned, or that they're people with DSDs? I would be surprised if a player made it through the junior ranks without it being noticed that a boys U10 champion was suddenly a girls U12 champion. I can think of a couple of players whose gender is often questioned, but that seems more of a 'how do they identify?' question, than an 'are they actually a man?' question.
