The Scottish Court of Session has just ruled that providing multi-user unisex toilets in a primary school amounted to indirect sex discrimination against female pupils.

God, Helen is such a patronising wanker when she isn’t facing someone in an actual debate. Not so “brave” when debating someone in person. The Cambridge Three who she calls “silly little girls” have 82993838637271 times the guts that she has, especially Maeve.
So the City of London determined to go down fighting. They're going to argue that neither the women's or men's ponds are single-sex. I'm not sure how they intebd to stop non-trans identifying women from using the men's pond for example. Effectively, all three ponds will now be mixed. And they haven't mentioned the changing rooms: they have to keep them single-sex.
All this fuss to deny women single-sex spaces and pander to a few men. Let's hope the judicial review sets them straight.

I'm not familiar with the area but I imagine close by there are a good amount of faith communities that would not like men and women swimming in a mixed way and would advise their community to use single sex spaces, I wonder what they would make of this and will any of them make a statement as such.
If you've marked something as women or men and then claim they're not single sex, its ridiculous. In this case you can't argue,"I just want to swim" there is a 3rd space available, the only argument is "I just want validation" or "I enjoy violating womens boundaries"

There are seagulls nesting in my street. They bark at male humans (especially bald men) and male cats. They don't bark at any kind of female, unless she is actively being a threat to them or the chicks - usually they will just watch and give the standard parent "don't even think about it" look.

Seriously? Where was the advice to women to get support when men were using, and continue to use, our single-sex spaces? I'm pretty sure that Parliament has gender neutral facilities. If using those facilities instead of invading the ladies causes anyone distress, then I woyld suggest that a psychiatrist is more appropriate than any alphabet support group.
I can't watch any of her videos because to quote your words 'Webberley is a special kind of manipulative, patronising and downright evil' with an emphasis on the downright evil. She's preying on vulnerable, young people who will be permanently physically and mentally damaged by the pernicious lies she is peddling.
