The GG guidance has made me feel quite ill. The fawning over the poor men, the telling 5 year olds that they will feel sad and confused (no may about it, other people are mean and therefore you will be sad) and the older ones being told about the nasty Supreme Court.

It's weird that a policy that only effects a teeny tiny number of children (as in "what is the issue?") warrants so much time and energy being spent on comforting all these apparently distressed children.

Another ET was held this week - Naomi Cunningham was the barrister.

A (head?) teacher (John Campbell) at a school attended by Psychologist Anne Woodhouse's son disagreed with something she said - he trawled her Twitter account back to 2014, found some GC tweets she liked/followed and reported her to her professional body which then iniated a fitness to practice case against her - she has been suspended (I think) for a couple of years.

Campbell - who's alter ego is a drag queen called Lossie Mouth - was giving evidence today - he had to give his evidence from behind a screen because he was so 'afraid' of AW!

It was decided today that she had no case to answer.

Campbell - an adult who is supposed to have children in his care

It's good to know that the hundreds of pounds paid by health professionals is being put to good use.

What a hot mess this is!! Guidance on how adults can to talk to young girls about the new policy

A lot of “for now” in this 🙄 and lots of “we’ll keep being kind and caring”.

And use of “allies” for the older girls “We still want to be allies and show kindness, and we're working on what that looks like moving forward.

It feels like a cult for bringing up a new generation of “be kind” girls who aren’t empowered to stand up for their own rights, and must include any boy/man who wants their space, like it or not.
I’m glad I’m raising my daughter to always ask why then. She’s constantly asking people why and being a rabble rouser. She’s tells boys to behave and she won’t bow down to anyone. Look forward to someone telling her what to do.

I can't even bear to read that. Girls at such a young age being told to BE KIND and BOW DOWN BEFORE THE ALMIGHTY TRANS CULT. Fcuk off. 😡

If I wasn't a rights hoarding dinosaur, I would almost feel sorry for Lammy and Starmer that this happened when they're trying to convince people its not a step back to rely on Judges rather than juries.
What a bleeping tit-show .

It is always a good idea for organisations such as the Girl Guides to remind themselves of their primary objects i.e. those whom they are founded to benefit. It is clear from page 3 of the Royal Charter that it is girls

royal-charter.pdf
extract below

..."hereof shall be one body corporate and politic by the name of “The Guide Association” for the primary object of educating girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world, and by that name shall and may sue and be sued plead and be impleaded in all Courts whether of Law or Equity either in Our United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland or in Our Colonies or Dependencies and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal which may be changed or varied by it as its pleasure...."

Oh FFS!!! I just HATE this language!!

Cancer doesn’t care about ‘identities’ and what a doctor might have ‘assigned at birth’ or ‘hurt feelings’. Certain cancers care about biological sex though, and every adult knows what sex they are. Including trans identified people. It’s what makes them bloody “trans” in the first place.

This is so harmful, they are trying to help people see if they are eligible for cancer screening but they want to complicate matter with this nonsense?

I cannot believe I have lived to see the day when a bleeping court has to hear the words "you liked or permitted to be liked" about a social media post. What a collosal waste of time and money. As ever the process is the punishment.

Yet all the answers will be obviously based on sex, so all the other questions are just pandering. And confusing to people who don't understand activist language (the majority).

Yeah if you select anything that suggests you might be transgender then it just sends you to the same holding page no matter which combination you select (I’ve been playing around with it).

Whilst the rest of us are forced to pick an identity and a sex “assigned at birth” even though it has no relevance.

BIB - I mean - it's not as though there is a massive backlog of cases waiting to be cleared, is it?

It's absurd. I work in the public sector pretty closely with some of these organisations and they are swamped (and a shambles).

I know there's a balance to be struck between making sure people have access to justice and making sure the system isn't bogged down under frivolous bull like this, but surely they can just throw any case contingent on someone liking a tweet in the bleeping bin. God help us.
